Would not accept details of new issue credit card even though it had been used successfully before, worked with alternative payment method thankfully.

The payment options are a little misleading. Initially, American Express is displayed as one option. When I went to check out, only MasterCard and Visa were accepted.

Always simply fab. Quick efficient searches, clear results, great service re: getting stuff sent. Such an easy and pleasurable way to stay off Amazon.

Four days later I got a cancellations notice. Well, how can you ship an intem and find out four days later, that it's not available?

I found it difficult to add a new Mast er Card. It is a Debit car d, not a Credit card.
I couldn't cancel the 0754 either.
Also, I can't delete the old address at Palliser Road.

Easy to find what I want, a very simple system for ordering, always turns up as advertised.

I wish there was an easier way to update my Wishlist without having to leave the page. It's inconvenient to have to scroll up and down and switch tabs.

The have most of the things I'm after at a good price (after shipping, something that rules out a lot of places), and shipping times are normally good. Never had any issues as far as I can recal.

The checkout process was very lengthy and annoying, I wanted to use PayPal but it wouldn't let me, it wanted my billing address postcode but wouldn't let me use any letters only numbers which isn't possible for a UK postcode.

So much choice at a good range of prices and book conditions. Best second hand book site by far, tried all the better known ones Amazon, Abe and Wob All More expensive and less choice!

As usual very easy to order books. I'm sure they will be delivered withe Alibris ' normal speed.
