Strange things happen when you put a book in your basket then remove it from your basket then look for it again on Alibris. Talk to your devs about this.
So many issues with website, it makes me worry. A security warning appears at alibris.co.uk unless I visit alibris.com first. Same book by same seller at same price appears multiple times in list. Prices shown in tabs do not match prices in list.
Left book in cart for a few minutes, returned to find it had gone at that price. As it's four in the morning, I'm surprised at the idea that someone else was shoping for the book at the same time!
Would like if credit card type was updated automatically.
I had to type the number twice because I hadn't chosen the card type at the start (which was hard to see).

Shoppong was good. Good selection. Checkout was a little clunky. Needs to made clearer that you need to selct your payment method before filling in the info.
Frustrating the shipping costs aren't revealed until basket stage. Putting a higher shipping charge than the value of the books seems disingenuous when they're shipping from the UK.
I've found what I was looking for at the right price. Just hate paying more for shipping than for the book itself!
Pity about the shipping costs not being more flexible really.
You should not charge double postage for two books from the same Seller.
Not so user friendly interface when needing fix codes & credit cart info
I noticed that buying a scientific books is much more difficult after Brexit. Unfortunately Britons made that choice - and i must live with it. Ten years ago purchasing books was easier. Anyway, the courtesy and professional skill of your firm and associates remain unchanged.
Cannot change currency, also if you dont select the card type but enter all the details it reloads and deletes all the details. You can infer card type from the card number, or not delete everything.
I put a book in my basket, and when it came to the checkout I had to log in. My basket was then lost, and the book was reserved in a basket I couldn't access. Frustrating!
I was expected to leave my card details with you instead of being given the option and I was ticked for e-mails without being given the option (I had to notice and untick)

Had to reset password mid checkout and when I logged in again my basket was empty and I had to start again, by which time one of the options I was looking for was no longer available
I couldnt complete my full address as the website was only allowing a certain number of characters
