You advertised a promo code offer saying that I would get £3 off if my order totalled over £25. My order totalled £26.90, but when I tried to apply the promo code to receive my £3 reduction, I was informed that my order was not in fact over £25 and therefore I was not eligible for the promo code offer. I entered it twice but got the same answer each time. Fortunately I wanted the book anyway, but that kind of treatment - it felt close to a swindle - does leave a sour taste in the mouth. AW

Trying to put in UK postcode was a nightmare, it does not allow entry of letters and numbers, only numbers, which is not suitable for UK postcodes

My card didn't have enough money for the order. Instead i was told the details of my shipping adress and credit card weren't the same :(
PayPal checkout inexplicably did not work after selecting the option and I was obliged to pay by Credit Card.
