Quick and easy to carry out. The directions were clear and simple and there were no further complications.
It was unclear why an item shipped from the US to a US address should incur international shipping charges. I tried re-entering the shipping address many times to see if the shipping cost would be updated to a US internal postage. Nothing changed from the ¢11.99 shipping charge, so I had to change the source country of the book to the UK find a cheaper copy. This means it might take a great deal longer to arrive. I am disappointed in the experience which was extremely opaque, and the item may now not arrive in time for Christmas

Ordered the wrong volume first time round - this is the second attempt, on the same day. Hoping the bookseller will respond to my plea and hold back the first one, refunding my money. It would be great customer service if they did so.
