I've submitted a lot of evidence on two different manufacturers but Alibaba are doing nothing about it claiming not enough evidence is submitted. I shared videos + pictures + receipt with them to show that some manufacturers didn't deliver the right amount of products I ordered and they mention that proof is not enough. I shared a video using the product to show that it's not functional, they agree with the supplier which by the way is a GOLD SUPPLIER with 5 star reviews. The supplier simply blocked me and doesn't want to resolve the issue, and Alibaba is also doing the same.

Alibaba is a wonderful website where you can bulk buy products. It's absolutely amazing since nothing gets lost. You can see where the product is during the shipping in real time. There are tons of vendors to choose from. Some speak English but some don't. It's important to pick an English speaking vendor since otherwise you couldn't communicate properly. I think Alibaba is wonderful for business and i would personally go there any time i would need to buy items in bulk to sell them on other platforms. The prices are really good and the quality is good most of the time. But be wary before buying items in bulk and order a sample since the product might not be what you're looking for.
