I've used Alibaba long time ago (10 years ago), since then it became more professional, but still need some improvement. Specially Messenger system is very hard to work with.
First, it doesn't group the conversation, and for single supplier you see 100 contacts. Second, it's better to split messaging system and ordering system. Combining these two are so confusing. Most of the time, i get notification that I have order from supplier, and when i check it, it's just short reply from supplier!
