Smooth dealing and communicate with supplier. Supplier are fast responsive and easy to deal with. Although the size of the items huge different from what expected. Overall good experience purchasing with Alibaba.

Never having done this before one was a bit afraid things would go wrong. It was a bit difficult understanding the system but once you just carried out their step by step instructions everything was great. I am just an individual not a company so it was personal.
