We are really impressed with the service provided by Alibaba and how easy it is to communicate with suppliers.

The suppliers were very professional and friendly. They followed up with me throughout the entire process. However, as friendly as the supplier may be, the product itself is what truly matters. The product was not 100% what I expected it to be. Stitching was loose and incorrect size was given. The design was great but the other factors are what truly matter.
