I was a bit skeptical to order from Alibaba at first but I met an amazing seller who explained everything and walked me through the process. My order shipped the day I ordered and I recieved it 3 days later. Great first time experience. I wll definitely order again!

In general I have positive experience working with suppliers. Sometime communications are not easy but we get used to it. Alibaba connects us with many suppliers otherwise would be very difficult to manage it.

I haven't been using Alibaba.com very long, and have had some struggles finding my way around the site. But I am learning. It gets easier every day to find what I need. I just wish there was a cheaper way to ship the goods without it taking a very long time to receive. That may not be any of their faults tho.
