Smooth transaction, no issues. Very good product, had options to chose from. Supplier very reliable, responded quickly and shipped products quickly, I am very impressed. Alibaba gave options to contact other suppliers if response was slow, however did was not required as supplier was very professional. Will shop again for wholesale products on Alibaba.

Personally, I'm satisfied with the marketplace. Just be careful that you get good products. Unfortunately, the shipping costs of China are very expensive at the dealers. From experience and well-known I know that the shipping costs in China are very very low. Before you make a big order you should definitely order a sample.

And do not pay directly for large orders, because often something is not quite as it should!

The site is great. I only have issues logging into the account, as I always have to sign in uncountable times and verify the signing in too before getting access.

Other than this, I have been able to place orders and I would like to continue doing this.
