My partner and I purchased the Buyer's Protection at the time we purchased 60 machines. The machines were faulty and useless. Even the manufacture sent a tech out. He eventually and the manufacturer also admitted the machines were faulty. 8 months of sending documents, videos, photos and sworn statements from our customers, technicians and ourselves. Alibaba promises are worthless. Very poor follow ups. Months and months we paid for a storage unit so they could send someone out. More expenses to us. Been in business 45 years. Never seen a more worthless organization than Alibaba
