Ali baba has no powers over its sellers the seller can block the buyers after tsking our money we get block, after we negotiated for delivery to be DDP directly delivered to door the sellers sends it to port its clearly state in the chat history we asked to pay tax and customs and duty up front and wanted express delivery but ali baba thinks its ok to negotiate something then draft another thing in the order details so the customers isnt aware st the time of purchase. I have never felt so crap ali baba and support team make you feel like you are lying they even call you a liar direct to your face when evidence is clear they twist it on you, I have has another bad experience but this is my last time i called my bank and got my money back last time i will do the same this time ali baba wont help you they good at taking your money and providing crap services. AVOID ALI BABA PLATFORM
