Alibaba

So far I have found that using Alibaba a great way to source products and find suppliers. Although many suppliers deal in large quantities, there are those who are willing to develop loyalty by considering lesser order quantities, allowing smaller businesses to "get in the door".

I had not made purchases by this means, however, I am very satisfied and pleased with the process, there is a way to analyze the suppliers before making the purchase, the commercial insurance gives you security, we will continue using this platform

I was charge a certain $107 on my bank balance from the website that i dont understand where it came. There is no where you can contact the web administrator so i am stranded. We need cell phone number or direct contacts to the web administrators

The buying and payment method are good.
The searching way is hard.

I think there should be a shipping way option, because mostly u get forced by shipping agency you may not like or expensive because of the seller deal with them.

I really do like Alibaba especially for getting items you can't find in the US. I extensilvy read reviews, ratings and look at photos before purchaing for a vendor. So many great vendors and I have a great experience picking and researching which vendors are right for me.

The site is a excellent site for buying craft stuff... but def need to read reviews and also feedback rating should be more than 97 percent. There are some genuine sellers just like you have in eBay and Amazon marketplace. We need to use paypal to pay to be on the safer side.

All products were excellent, everything came exactly as the picture but the services is regular. They didn't ship on time and that affect my company and when I start reading the contract I notice that nothing makes Alibaba refund your money in a pretty soon time and for me that was really bad.

I am very pleased with my initial experiences on the Alibaba website. My orders have been processed accurately and in a timely manner. The site is pretty easy to navigate to find an applicable product. The manufacturers respond almost immediately and are very helpful. Payment is much more simple than I originally imagined and, so far, very secure. I'm enjoying the experience!

I haven't been using Alibaba.com very long, and have had some struggles finding my way around the site. But I am learning. It gets easier every day to find what I need. I just wish there was a cheaper way to ship the goods without it taking a very long time to receive. That may not be any of their faults tho.

Alibaba has made buying large quantities of products from far away, very easy, because they are a key element in the security not only for the buyer, but also the supplier. I now know how easy it is to buy from overseas, when you have a partner that you can trust in to represent you half way around the world like Alibaba.
