DHL.COM rarely charges extra for shipping. Alibaba always charges for shipping and it is very expensive. I purchased Face Shields since early April. The shipping fee was almost 1500 USD even though the items only cost me 188.00. I had no choice but to take the cheapest format which was by post for 100.00. To date i still haven't received my products.

I've ordered 24 items which was done immediately. All the requirements from my side were done immediately. The customer care is perfect, fast and prompt communication.
For sure will make new orders with this supplier more.
The order was delivered really quick (about a week to US), this is one of the most important for customers.

I had a minor delivery damage problem with some batteries from a Chinese company. It was not their fault, but the Trade Assurance process worked well to mediate between myself and the supplier. It was simple, logical and transparent and gave me confidence when buying an expensive item. I was compensated appropriately and in good time.

I received the product as discussed and I really appreciate the attention that was given to me despite it only being a relatively small order. It was my first time ordering through Alibaba so I was bit worrisome; however, the vendor/manufacturing representative renamed professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely consider this vendor/manufacturer for future orders.

Like all experiences, the first experience is the hardest, especially as a consumer used to fast delivery in Canada. I had to remind myself that I was dealing with foreign suppliers and long shipping lead times. I will definitely use Alibaba again. My suggestion to Alibaba is to help educate their merchants on communicating with consumers

It's sometimes helpful but sometimes not as even scammers post their business therefore it is not safe for your money. For my case I purchased a TV by paying $406 but It never reached me and These people keep on requesting for money and they pretend to have shipped the item while the website for shipping agent is also fabricated.

I have ordered several products from companies in China using Alibaba's Trade Assurance. It is nice knowing that if there is a problem that they will help take care of it or help get a refund. So far I have had no problems.

They get back to you very quickly, very friendly and was willing to solve any issues. The only issue I had was with my first order, there was a few charges missing but william sent them out to me. I will continue to work with him.

Juana was good at communicating updates and updating changes needed to manufacture our product. I had already been dealing with her company when she took over the job. She noticed some minor changes that were needed that made a major difference in shipping cost and a few other things as well. We worked through the modifications and in the end a very nice product was ultimately delivered.

I've placed several orders with different suppliers and will continue to do so. I specially trust their Trade Assurance feature and their supplier rating system, as I feel confident that Alibaba is providing enough supplier information and that they will back me up in case of an issue. This reflects on the treatment I receive from suppliers, as it's evident they want to be in good standing and comply with Alibaba's policies.
