Very user friendly site, easy to talk to suppliers, although some suppliers do not respond but that may be due to the quantity being ordered. Super quick ship and products are great quality. Would add that it's important to communicate with sellers to ensure you're getting the quantity and the correct product. Alibaba is the service I've been searching for years! I love it! My customers love it - which is even better!

I have been a member for several years and have bought and sold many times -- now they are blocking my account because I refuse to give them confidential information that could be used to conduct scams - is this the Chinese gov trying to get free corporate information?

Never had such good online sales person that provide assistance in prompt manner.

5 Star service, product was satisfied not the best nor the worst, however what amaze me and will get me come back again is the customer service and after sales follow up.

As a new user of Alibaba I have been happy with how straightforward it is to use. I really liked using the coupons last month, hopefully that happens again.
One thing I don't like is that the transaction fees are too expensive. Hopefully they can be lowered.

I am based in Central America and searching for a product sample with no prior buying experience. Alibaba platform is easy to use, logic, keeps all information in an orderly manner, makes it easy to communicate with potential sellers and provides real time communication and secure transactions.

Alibaba wants to help you and support you in having any claims? But wait until you try to use it. I sent 5 hours today without success in making a claim. My bank does not have a swift code to return my funds, so they won't file my claim? They won't talk to me, and when Anna comes on she has no idea what the heck she is doing! Let them find a source but never use there service!

Very happy excellent product, it was just as how i expected, great materials, nice prints, good tracking shipping, the sales woman was very kind and solve all of my doubts.

Almost impossible to log on after the last transaction. After clicking ‘forgot password I do not get an email sent to me.
As for the search engine - it is a time waster. Takes me everywhere except where o need to go to. Mis interpretation of my words
