Alibaba is the No. 1 Marketplace to source suppliers by far and thats for a good reason, ive experience how they have evolved over the years and now it just seems so easy and reliable to use Alibaba why would you go for any other site if your insured and most top suppliers are verified.

Have been using Alibaba for several years now and I can confidently say that it is one of the best online marketplaces for finding suppliers and manufacturers. The site offers a huge selection of products at affordable prices, as well as extensive opportunities for searching and comparing products.

Communication could be better. For products that must have a CE marking, the certificates should also be available for download. So that the certificates can be checked. Many traders show fake certificates.

As a company, we have two accounts for buyers. We have often found that traders do not stick to the contracts when the money is transferred. Suddenly the goods were no longer available or they wanted to sell us something completely different. Alibaba should pay attention to quality and good sellers who adhere to their contracts.

If you're really really careful Alibaba can be a tremendous resource for an American business who is looking for new suppliers and vendors in China. My company used to pay consultants and other middle men a lot of money to find us reliable folks in Asia. I still work with some of them but now Alibaba can help me do part of the work.

Don't just go to one supplier! Alibaba is made up of a whole bunch of different suppliers. Some not very professional. Seems like some of them just decided to become a middle man and don't know much about what they are trying to sell. So you have to put in your time to contact as many suppliers as you can to find a supplier that you can work with. It's like shopping. You have to find suppliers that has been in business for at least 2 years. Do some research on Youtube. I recommend (Just One Dime). I'm not getting any kind of compensation for recommending them. I found their information very helpful!

I placed order many times in Alibaba and I was always satisfy, only one time when the supplier didn't respect what I saw on his display. I supposed to receive notebooks with pens; well! He sent me the notebooks which where properly made but no pens that are the support to keep them close. As I did my payment by PayPal, I didn't have any help from Alibaba about this case.
I bought the missing pens from another supplier for my customer.

They keep their promise when it comes to shipping and all their products are of good quality. They just never disappoint. They deliver as promised and the customer service is tops. You try them if your in this industry and see for self.

Purchasing a dress for my granddaughter through Alibaba went very smoothly. The site is clearly geared more towards the commercial environment than towards retail customers, but the web interface makes purchase from China quite easy. Some of the vendors on Alibaba could use a better translator. I laughed at the "sexy" communion dresses advertised by one dress manufacturer. Alibaba itself proved easy to navigate and I will certainly use the site again.
