In the beginning I was very sceptical about using Alibaba. I ran some smaller, "test orders" through the process, and did not encounter any negative hitches with regards to quality or shipping. Recently I have increased my product variety, and order volume to see if there would be issues. As it stands right now, there have not been any. Well done, Alibaba.

I've used Alibaba multiple times. While I have used the services of quite a bit of companies, most of which provided decent service and some I am a repeat buyer from, sometimes there will be a few that try to pull a fast one on you despite appearing to be genuine. The materials I order have to be within a general range of a specific size. It is unusable if it doesn't match. A small tolerance is usually ok but the range doesn't leave room for much error. I like Alibaba since most companies specialize with custom made. However some companies go for that quick money stating they can match your parameters yet do nothing of the sort under the cover of false feedback to make them look genuine. There have been two instances where they were anything but geniune, showing me images that matched what I've wanted, but what I have received was quite different. Hence, unusable. The seller denies all despite picture and video evidence. Basically they got paid to send you un-matching garbage. Alibaba has a trade assurance that is supposed to protect you from this. Trade assurance is basically a scam. Should you open a dispute case with your trade assurance, they tell you that it will cost you an extra $500 for them to send an inspector to the seller's factory to inspect a product. The factory can then simply make a piece within the exact specifications you stated to appease the inspector, now you're out of your money + $500 more on top of that. So overall, it is a hit or miss if you get a good, honest company but if you do get a good one, it's a great experience overall.
Make sure you are with the right suppliers because everyone is not like Sunny Feng, Amanda Zhou, and Nina Lin, They have great customer service, quick responses and they will work with no matter what their time it is in China.Don't allow people reviews to stop you from shopping with alibaba.

We ordered an air track during COVID. We were skeptical (afraid of a scam) but, our transaction was smooth. We happened upon a very reliable seller and walked us through the transaction. The air track did take 6 - 7 weeks to arrive however, we were expecting that time frame. We were able to customize our product to the dimension and colors of our choice. We are happy customers.
