Even when your goods get lost in transit, like for my case, they are willing to compensate for as long as you make your transactions and payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance. The biggest downside for me within the last two years has been sending less product quantities than the numbers paid for by some suppliers, and then also one time sending defective goods, which were fortunately replaced during the next order. But overall, Alibaba is great for business durability.
