I ordered two 30 in wig from this company both deep wave. The hair is not true to the length and when i tell you i never had human hair that matted up after 1 week. I contacted the seller and she told me i didn't know how to properly take care of the hair. I'm a licensed cosmetologist i know everything about hair. I then send her pictures of the wigs and she still continues asking me did i use the right shampoo or did i comb it. Everybody knows you don't comb curly hair. I'm highly upset that i spent my hard earned money on this company and they are taking this matter to be a joke. Please please guys do not i repeat do not order from this company if you want to invest in a good long term wig!
