Took a chance on Alibaba.com and the company they have listed had good standing and provided excellent service. Will definitely order from them again. I find myself liking all sorts of items now and my cart is filling up slowly. Thanks Alibaba.com

Mediocre site at best, lots of unfixed bugs and flaws, their customer service is severely disappointing. The good side: if you have enough time and nerves to do your homework, you can find some really professional suppliers who care about their customers.

If you communicate closely with supplier, all are legit/ not scam... Alibaba try their best to make sure its platform are safe and win win situation for manufacturer/ trading company and customer (B2B) experience better. Keep up the good work.

Satisfied with the photo search of Alibaba. Found my products quickly. Better if can sort by price though the price is well hidden for each seller (some small value shipment does not need to use RFQ).
