I am currently in Macca being kicked out of our hotel room on Eid day.
Al haram travels told me this would be sorted out. I had paid them until April 1st in January this year. They have messed up our hotel reservations.
We have been fighting with them since arriving to sort it out. Al haram keep saying inshallah inshallah it's ok it's ok… but now today on EID we are being kicked out.
They told me somebody will be available today to help me. I have been trying all morning and they are not responding. Their emergency number no one answers.
Took our money and left us in a nightmare. They ruined our trip They use multiple companies

Avoid this company. They attract you with advertisement on social media platforms by showing less price,but in reality it will never be that price.And once you will pay them pre-booking fee after that they could alternate your package plan.it already has happened with thousand of their customers.I still regret booking through them
This travel agency is quite professional, quick and the members of staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Hassan who supported me a lot right from the beginning and found me the best deals. I highly recommend this agency.
Ruined my umrah experience and kept charging more money. Didn't book any of the hotels in Saudi so when I got there I had no room! Embarrassing is an understatement. Then getting these clowns to sort out there mess I got told ' I wasn't the agent that was dealing with you trip' coz I got arsey with the imbecile on the phone.
Dealt with problems in an unprofessional manner. Their manager promised compensation for their error and now is ignoring and blocking our number. Any time you call from a different phone, he is "out of office".
I advise anyone to not use their service

I was overwhelmed by Alharam Travel's service, their continued support before our travels and throughout our travels. They were always quick to respond and action anything needed. We had the most amazing stay in Egypt, Umrah in Makkah and Ziarat in Madinah. Particular thanks to Elahi Bux who was relentless in making everything run smoothly. Booked with alharam travel for the first time and I must say everything went wonderfully. Best travel arrangements I have ever experienced and their team attitude with me was superb. I would mention two of their delightful staff members, brother Salman and Ahmed, both were thorough and speedy in providing services to me. Very impressive!
I have read all these bad reviews above, and I have also been scammed by these scammers. I have started legal proceedings to get my money off these scammers. Please call me on *******7164 and we all can make good plans how to sort them out. They do not respond to any queries!
Very good customer service from tahseen khan, he was very polite, informative and very helpful in answering all my question and he was not pushy like the other travel company who kept phoning me to make a booking with them
AlHaram Travels is a travel agent and not a Haj Tour operator. They operate as a middle agent providing a disgraceful service, fabricating stories and deceiving there customers. For an insight into this company please read my blog at alharam.travel.blog
Do not book with this company. I had the worst experience and had to pay an extra £470 due to errors on my Visa made by them. When I asked for a refund they blamed me and refused the refund. Rude and disgusting liars, AVOID this company.
I am not happy with how this money making company deals with customers. Their advisor Noor bought in the conversation the Day of Judgement I will be punished seriously because I refused to pay her more money. Normally with travel agents when three to four people book the price drops but the price remained the same. I asked to justify the cost of why I had to pay the same for 9 nights as to what people pay for 17 nights. I wasn't provided with any justification. I spoke to then Zahid Salim and Ahmed, as usual, they supported their team member that she can speak to customers rudely.
Not once the conversation has been favoured towards the customer.
This is my first experience with alharam travel. Brother Mohammad has been very polite and helpful and professional. I will highly recommend alharam travel.
Kiran was referred by some friends, She is very helpful although I annoyed her a lot by changing my package lots of time but she didn't said a single word and kept on trying to satisfying me. I am so happy that I got in contact with her, she is such a sweet person the way of talking persuaded me to agree with her. I would definitely recommend
