I am currently in Macca being kicked out of our hotel room on Eid day.
Al haram travels told me this would be sorted out. I had paid them until April 1st in January this year. They have messed up our hotel reservations.
We have been fighting with them since arriving to sort it out. Al haram keep saying inshallah inshallah it's ok it's ok… but now today on EID we are being kicked out.
They told me somebody will be available today to help me. I have been trying all morning and they are not responding. Their emergency number no one answers.

This is the WORST travel agency to exist. We are taking them to court and everyone who faced problems with this company should do the same. We have consumer rights and they think they can get away with it.

WRONG DESTINATION OF A CHILD! NO HOTEL BOOKED!

1) We booked 5 tickets for 5 passengers. From London Stansted to Istanbul Türkiye. Then onwards travel was made from Istanbul to Jeddah.
However, when issuing the tickets the Agent named Iqra Hassan mistakenly booked my son aged 2 years old's flight from London Stansted to Ankara Türkiye and all other passengers flights are to Istanbul Türkiye.

When we informed the agent, they said we have to pay £2200 for the airport change. We disagreed and said we will not pay anything additional as we have a signed agreement with all correct flight destinations for all passengers. The agent from the travel agency issued the wrong tickets. This mistake was made by the travel agent. They then told us to pay £500 towards the flight changes and they made me feel very pressured as they threatened me that if I didn't pay the holiday will be cancelled. Therefore, I felt like I had no choice but to pay the £500, so I did pay.

2) When we started our journey from London Stansted our problems had just began and issues started from beginning to the end of our complete holiday.

When we checked in on the airport, we were told we have three different bookings and our seats were all over in the plane. In the first flight we had to plead to people and request other people to change the seats because we had 3 very young children, age 4 months, 2 years and 6 years old. It would be extremely difficult to sit apart.
On boarding the remaining flights from (Istanbul to Jeddah), (Madina to Istanbul) & (Istanbul to London) we experienced the same problems and these times we were not able to change any seats as the flights were completely full. It was really difficult for us to run around in the plane looking after our small children in different locations.

3) Thereafter, we faced many issues with the hotel bookings made by the travel agents. We had 4 nights in Makkah (Saudi Arabia) & 3 nights in Madina (Saudi Arabia).
Makkah hotels went good without any issue, but when we reached to Madina hotel problems started to arise. Firstly, they couldn't find our booking. After 2 hours of phone calls to the agents, they finally send us the correct booking ref-erences, however this booking was only for 1 night, not 3 nights what we paid for.

The next day we had to check out from the hotel and get in touch with the agent again to sort our remaining 2 nights booking. Few hours later the agent send us with the correct booking reference and we had to move along with my newborn 4-month baby and little children to a different floor and different room, which was very stressful.
Avoid at all costs

Muhammed was very helpful I will suggest Al Haram travel to all.great service. Very good behaviour with customers.very cooperative.

Looking forward for my visit to the holy cities Madinah and Makkah. In Shaa Allah. All booked and sorted by Al Haram Travel. Efficient service.

This is my first experience with alharam travel. Brother Mohammad has been very polite and helpful and professional. I will highly recommend alharam travel.

I spoke with omer he is good and polite guys. We make a plan for umara he gave us a good deal umara + dubia deal.

I was overwhelmed by Alharam Travel's service, their continued support before our travels and throughout our travels. They were always quick to respond and action anything needed. We had the most amazing stay in Egypt, Umrah in Makkah and Ziarat in Madinah. Particular thanks to Elahi Bux who was relentless in making everything run smoothly. May Allah bless you for your efforts.

Ruined my umrah experience and kept charging more money. Didn't book any of the hotels in Saudi so when I got there I had no room! Embarrassing is an understatement. Then getting these clowns to sort out there mess I got told ' I wasn't the agent that was dealing with you trip' coz I got arsey with the imbecile on the phone.

I and my family made a booking with Brother Kurum Shezad, he was very polite and very helpful and made us feel at ease with our booking. Inshallah we will be booking again with Kurum shezad.

Booked seven days in antayla looking forward to the trip. It will a first family holiday since covid.

Alhamdulliah just wana share my experience that this Alharam travel is really reliable and specially Kiran when i and all other my friends and family call u and you offer great reasonable packages which really suits them. May Allah swt always bless u with success Ameen

Avoid this company. They attract you with advertisement on social media platforms by showing less price,but in reality it will never be that price.And once you will pay them pre-booking fee after that they could alternate your package plan.it already has happened with thousand of their customers.I still regret booking through them

This travel agency is quite professional, quick and the members of staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Hassan who supported me a lot right from the beginning and found me the best deals. I highly recommend this agency.

Brother ahmed has failed to refund me for the last 14-16mnths all I've gotten from him is

-please give me 3/4 days
-please give me end of the day
-please give me until Monday
-please wait the refund processed
Give me 10/14 days.

I have emails as proof from the conversation iv had with him.

He had bagged me to removed my old reviews which I did the first time but I quickly learned that his sincerity was all an act

These people are not god fearing
They are cheaters and they eat from Haram Beucase they steal money

They are dishonest and only care about reviews. 90% of positive reviews are fake or done by genuine customers who haven't even travelled yet with them

Also Ali Nouman is an evil individual
Mujtabar is dishonest and a liar

They all lie and don't fear Allah

I am begging Al Haram for refund for a few weeks. No help so far. Any one can help me to pursue Al Haram to refund my money or where to lodge a complain against them? Shaukat Sultan

DO NOT USE AL HARAM TRAVEL. THE MANAGERS OF THIS ORGANISATION ARE FRUADS. I HAVE HAD MONEY ON CREDIT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY DECIDED TO OVERCHARGE ME ON MY PACKAGE DUE TO HAVING CREDIT. I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND THE SAME PACKAGE WITH OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE BEEN OFFERED CHEAPER PRICE. ALSO THE SERVICE FROM THE STAFF IS HORRENDOUS. ALI HAIDER CALLS CUSTOMERS LIARS AND NONE OF THEM GET BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN NEEDED. I HAD ALOT OF RESPECT FOR AHMED HOWEVER HE HAS LOST THAT RESPECT. DIGUSTING ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR FROM HIM. I AM EXPECTING MY REFUND FROM HIM WHICH HAD BEEN OUTSTANDING FOR 2 YEARS. HE STILL HASN'T BOTHERED TO SORT THIS OUT. EVERYTIME I CALL THE COMPANY HE AVOIDS SPEAKING TO ME. THE COMPANY CAN STEEL MONEY FROM PILGRIMS AS MUCH AS THEY LIKE TO BUT ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT ALLAH WILL EXPOSE THESE GUYS. I have read all these bad reviews above, and I have also been scammed by these scammers. I have started legal proceedings to get my money off these scammers. Please call me on *******7164 and we all can make good plans how to sort them out. They do not respond to any queries!
