AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DONT IGNORE THE REVIEWS! LIARS, FRAUDSTERS,THIEVES
This is the WORST travel agency to exist. We are taking them to court and everyone who faced problems with this company should do the same. We have consumer rights and they think they can get away with it.

WRONG DESTINATION OF A CHILD! NO HOTEL BOOKED!

1) We booked 5 tickets for 5 passengers. From London Stansted to Istanbul Türkiye. Then onwards travel was made from Istanbul to Jeddah.
However, when issuing the tickets the Agent named Iqra Hassan mistakenly booked my son aged 2 years old's flight from London Stansted to Ankara Türkiye and all other passengers flights are to Istanbul Türkiye.

When we informed the agent, they said we have to pay £2200 for the airport change. We disagreed and said we will not pay anything additional as we have a signed agreement with all correct flight destinations for all passengers. The agent from the travel agency issued the wrong tickets. This mistake was made by the travel agent. They then told us to pay £500 towards the flight changes and they made me feel very pressured as they threatened me that if I didn't pay the holiday will be cancelled. Therefore, I felt like I had no choice but to pay the £500, so I did pay.

2) When we started our journey from London Stansted our problems had just began and issues started from beginning to the end of our complete holiday.

When we checked in on the airport, we were told we have three different bookings and our seats were all over in the plane. In the first flight we had to plead to people and request other people to change the seats because we had 3 very young children, age 4 months, 2 years and 6 years old. It would be extremely difficult to sit apart.
On boarding the remaining flights from (Istanbul to Jeddah), (Madina to Istanbul) & (Istanbul to London) we experienced the same problems and these times we were not able to change any seats as the flights were completely full. It was really difficult for us to run around in the plane looking after our small children in different locations.

3) Thereafter, we faced many issues with the hotel bookings made by the travel agents. We had 4 nights in Makkah (Saudi Arabia) & 3 nights in Madina (Saudi Arabia).
Makkah hotels went good without any issue, but when we reached to Madina hotel problems started to arise. Firstly, they couldn't find our booking. After 2 hours of phone calls to the agents, they finally send us the correct booking ref-erences, however this booking was only for 1 night, not 3 nights what we paid for.

The next day we had to check out from the hotel and get in touch with the agent again to sort our remaining 2 nights booking. Few hours later the agent send us with the correct booking reference and we had to move along with my newborn 4-month baby and little children to a different floor and different room, which was very stressful.
Avoid at all costs

Do not book with this scam of a company… Do not book with this scam of a company if you want a stres
January 16, 2024

Do not book with this scam of a company…
Do not book with this scam of a company if you want a stress-free experience.

We booked our umrah trip with this company back in September 2023 for December 2023.

Right from the beginning there were red flags but us thinking that this is a spiritual trip via a Muslim company, it will all be ok.

How stupid and naïve we were to think that. The agent that managed our booking was called Talha.

They demanded an increased amount of money as the initial quoted amount did not go through which was because of their own system but we paid the increased amount and confirmed the package.

They sent us the details and itenary of the package including flight details, hotel details and the extras including transport in GMC cars for pickup from airport to hotels, vice versa and travelling to Mecca to Madina. This was all confirmed via email in September.

Two weeks before our umrah date, I contacted Talha to ensure everything was all good but was told that our hotel in Madina was not confirmed and that they will have to book another hotel as there was no availability in the hotel that we had originally agreed.

This was two weeks before we were due to fly out.

Every single day since then, I was calling Talha several times during the day to confirm a hotel which they kept changing and would not confirm.

I also gave them the option of giving us some money back so that we could book a hotel ourselves. They would not agree to do this.

This was truly a distressful and nauseating time as we had two children with us and we were not sure if there will be a hotel to go to when we arrive in Madina.

Talha only confirmed a hotel after we had checked into the airport for our umrah trip

We were emotionally drained and did not know what to expect when we got there.

When we arrived in Madina airport, we called the contact number we were given for the taxi company, the driver reported that he waited for us and had left.

We explained that our flight landed on time and did not even take us too long to come out of security so why would he leave? He said he would be there in 10-15 minutes but we had to wait almost two hours inside the airport for him to come.

When he arrived, he did not come in a GMC car as we were promised but a rusty old Hyundai H-1 that was dirty and dusty both inside and outside.

We arrived at the hotel and a guy contacted us saying that we should meet him on the floor of our room as he is waiting for us and that we did not need to check in at the reception as he has already done that for us.

Our room was ok, and we thought that despite everything, we were finally there.

The next morning, we kept getting the cleaners knocking on the door to say that we need to leave as it's time for check out.

We explained to them that we were supposed to be there for four days but they kept insisting that they were instructed by the reception that the room was only booked for one day and we must leave.

I contacted Talha who would not give me any information or answers to our calls or messages and kept us waiting for information on the booking with the hotel.

He confirmed that it was ok for us to stay almost at the end of the day making us waste a whole day of our trip as the hotel staff kept insisting, we leave with our belongings.

The exact same thing happened again on the second day and we were not booked in for breakfast which was supposed to be included in the package.

Again, Talha would not respond or answer to our calls or messages.

We contacted the actual company and were informed that Talha has in fact gone on holiday himself. How someone can go on holiday themself knowing that there is a family with children stranded on a holiday because of his lack of professionalism and incompetence shows the kind of a heartless person he is.

We had another agent call us from Madina who reported that he will sort it all but we had to pay 2600 SAR to the hotel to confirm our booking. The Madina agent did however come back and reimburse the money.

During our trip, we were promised a GMC car for all our travels including the ziarat, but not once was a GMC car provided.

In total there were so many disappointments booking through this company.

Brothers and sisters, if you are looking for a spiritual umrah experience where you can be stress-free and just focus on your umrah, then do not book with this company as they do not care about anything else apart from money. The grief and frustration they put us through as a family is beyond traumatic and upsetting.

May Allah swt help and protect us all from scammers like these

TERIIBLE SERVICE - UNPROFESSIONAL - MONEY GRABBERS
December 29, 2023

Booking was made in October 23 for a December 23 Umrah Trip. The agent who booked the flights and the whole package apparently left the company. We were kept in the dark for few weeks and upon chasing the updates they kept fobbing us off till the day
Of our flight. They did not provide us with the Medina Hotel Voucher, which means we were not sure if we have a hotel confirmed for our stay in medina.

The transfers were booked but no voucher was provided again.

I am writing this in extreme frustration as no one seems to help and understand the situation in this company. Everyone keep passing us to too and for to different
Agent. I spoke with almost all the agent and no one was helpful.

Since Mohammed who booked the flights and package, left the company, no one in the company dealt with the case after his departure. When we started the chase in November then AMNA took over the case partially and started to scream on us once asked to provide us the missing documents. She finally processed the visas and left it like that for us to chase again the additional missing documents such as hotel vouchers and trnasfer vouchers.

We again chased and eventually ALI NAUMAN (THE MANAGER) only provided Hotel voucher, even that was for Makkah only - which is half of the stay and with an incorrect travel voucher with wrong hotel name mentioned.

They all kept on giving us excuses and did not help at all what so ever. We are still in a lurch our flight is tomorrow morning 17th December from STN and we do not have a travel voucher and transfers voucher.

The whole package is fully paid since the time of booking in October/November.

Even today on my way to STN - we were told that the voucher will be available by tomorrow 2pm. I have no trust at all.

We spoke and requested the agents working here some of the
Names are ELAHI BUX, IQRA, SUMERA, OMAR, KHURRAM AND MANY OTHERS I CANT RECALL.
They all made random excuses as to "they will get back to us "etc. They could not even tell us which exact hotel is booked for our stay in Medina (Leader Muna
Kareem OR Royal Emaar) ridiculous! Playing games, gimmick.

They are fraudsters sitting here to rip people off and I will be considering making an ATOL complaint or relevant legal claim against the company.

We are travelling with family group with children and elders but they have no shame what so ever to resolve the matter for us.

We can anticipate further inconvenience in Medina - when the hotel will not allow us to check in as of the booking. I sincerely hope it does not happen but my gut feeling is telling me that this is coming.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PARTNER COMPANIES SCAMMERS.! Beware of Con Men!
THEY HAVE MANY COMPANIES REGISTERED UNDER THEIR NAME. THEIR ATOL NUMBER IS: *******

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEM GIVEN THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE HAVING.

We have now performed our Umrah today 18/13/23 and we still don't know where are we staying in Medina.

They have no rights to operate in the Country as they cheat people with fake promises, delayed tactics and tricks, they take money upfront for what they promise and then never deliver.

Tip for consumers:

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM AGENCY!
April 15, 2023

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
We decided to book the last 10 days of Ramadan with them and the hotel we have chosen was 10 nights for £4900 and 3 nights in Madinah for £300 roughly.
They were very responsive for as long as they wanted us to make the payment.
As soon as we made the payment, the chaos started: we waited 24 hours for us to receive confirmation. When I asked them again the next day for the confirmation, they said hotel in Makkah was no longer available. It was meant to be 2 rooms of 2 for 10 nights. So I then asked for alternatives, all of which were of a lower standard and more expensive. I asked for the same hotel 1 room 4 people and they told me 1 room 4 people were available for the SAME price = £4900 at which point I realised they were just deceitful and just wanted more money. This was the day before we were leaving and as they were unable to provide me with the hotel we agreed on and I paid for, I have asked for a refund. From there, they were very slow to respond and kept telling me not to worry I would get a refund and that the person in charge of accounts and payment was away from his desk. I kept calling and at no point did they say they would not refund me. When their 'manager' called, he said I would not get a refund because 'the room I booked is still available' and that if I didn't listen, he would need to be rude to me. He also said they have never said the hotel was no longer available, just that they were providing me with more options. SubhanAllah, fear Allah!
When he was getting increasingly rude and threatening, I decided to call my bank and cancel the payment. This is when I realised that they were gaining time to make sure my transaction was no longer pending and the funds were on their side. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a muslim services provider, who is meant to help pilgrims in their journey to Makkah.
In the mean time, I had no other choice but to request services from a different agency which found the same hotel I was meant to stay at with AlHaram travel agency: 1 room 4 people including suhoor for £2800. This is the same room and board this fraudulent agency wanted me to pay £2000 extra. I urge you to fear Allah as I have seen nothing but dishonesty when dealing with them.
They are also very reluctant to communicate by email. All they want is using unofficial communication channels that would mean less protection from you.
I have finally received the refund, which I have been waiting for to write this review.
May Allah deal with you justly for your dishonesty which, unfortunately I am not the only one having experienced it. May Allah protect the ummah from such agency like yours.

Class action law suit against al haram travel - DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!
September 1, 2021

We have just been conned by this agency for a large sum of money. We were told right from the start that our umrah visas will be sorted within few days of making payment. We made the payment in August and until today (31st August), we have not been given anything except false promises. We are due to travel in first week of September yet we have not received any visas, hotel confirmation etc.

We are now proceeding against this agency and take legal action so that they don't make false commitments with their clients and return the funds to people that they have lied to. We are moving swiftly to register a class action law suit against this agency and I am calling out anyone who has been robbed with these guys to contact me so that we can take legal action and stop them from this unfair treatment. Anyone interested can leave a message at ******* ******* with their names, contact number and address so that we can record their testimony and use this in respective legal proceedings.

Any one who's reading this, please stay away from this agency at any cost. They are operating under different names which are as follows:

Rip of, disrespectful and fraudulent
October 13, 2018

DISRESPECTFUL AND LIARS-there own staff writes the fake/good reviews. Noman is RUDE!

I don't even know where to start. The customer journey had only gone from bad to worse! As soon as i paid the advance they just forgot about me. They have treated me the absolute worst. They do not respect customers. Al Haram Travel lures in innocent people and drags them into stress. I can support these claims with plenty of evidence

I was looking to attend Hajj. Initially, until i paid the advance this agent called Nadia called me almost twice a day, selling thr programme to me. As Soon as i paid she NEVER came on the phone to me. I would call to ask for hee but She was always "not in the office" everytime i asked for her. I can count from the top of my head that i spoke to approximately 20 different agents, trying to explain the context to each one EACH TIME. I know itw Hajj and its a big programme but they are so very unorganized and disrespectful to their customers.

Firstly, the package that i paid a fortune for, included the seminar and Hajj essential goodies pack. So, the first seminar was rescheduled for some reason which we were patient about. Then the second seminar was cancelled ON THE MORNING of the seminar. It was over a 3 hours car journey for me. They called me on the morning to say that the seminar has been cancelled AGAIN! So now i cannot learn all the things and ask my questions before going to Hajj and i can't get that package that i paid for!

My ticket wasn't confirmed until the night before the flight. I was told after that 86 people were told the night before the flight that they have been declined for Hajj. I also asked about the hajj goodoes pack thy were meant to give us. And 15 hpurs before the flight they say to me 'you can come to thr office and collect it' i live in Manchester and there office is in london. I PAID THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FOR ALL THIS. And they are demanding me around for there own mistakes!

They lied to me continuously. So i spoke to an agent called Sufyan because i still hadn't received my passort he confirmed that he has posted to out to me and i will recieve it the next morning. Next day i spoke to this other guy who was the 'manager' named Noman! He is extremely rude and disrespectful. They are fooling people on the name o hajj. He assured me that i will get my passport at the seminar (which was then cancelled). Anyhow, this guy says to me that 'your passport is right here with me on my desk. It wasn't posted out. I will give it to you personally at the seminar'. I swear to God i received my passportby post on the SAME DAY! THEY LIED SOOOO MUCH. I had email confirmation that it was posted out and this guy still had to audacity to lie to me as i held my passport in my hand.

We were given a telephone number of a group leader for hajj called Mehboob. We called him severwl times up until the day before the flight. And the night before then flight around 7:30pm i called Al haram travel saying that Mehboob is not answering his phone and they told me that 'Mehboob's hajj visa was declined'. VISAS CAME LIKE 2 WEEK BEFORE HAJJ AND THEY TELL ME THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT THE GUY NEVER GOT A VISA. IF I HADN'T CALLED TO ASK THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER INFORMED AND I WOULD HAVE WANDERED AROUND ALL LOST. I was travelling alone for the first time.

And honestly, I CAN GO ON FOREVER. These are all thr things that happened before i even went for hajj. During hajj we were told we will get all inclusive. 3 meals a day, i lie you not. We were ONLY GIVEN BREAKFAST!

I have got SO SO MUCH MORE TO SAY! It was just a frustrating journey. And the worst part is, after i got back from Hajj. Al HaramTravel called me and said 'people are leaving fake/negative reviews about us. Would you kindly leave us a good review'

At the end of it all they said 'we don't even have a license for Hajj' they go to third parties hence they had over 86 customers declined the night before the flight. There own leader for Hajj got declined

Now you decide if you are patient and sane enough to go through this torturous and unnecessary stress.
