Bought a bracelet for my mom and it's one of the only gifts I've gotten her that she actually wears. She bought one for me as well and I wear it everyday. Extremely cute and the packaging is adorable. Arrived quickly and was very delighted with how it looks. I have tiny wrists which you can't adjust to make smaller, only bigger. This isn't really a problem though as I wear mine higher on my arm, just something to keep in mind.
I always treat myself for my birthday every year. In 2021 I purchase bracelets from Alex and Ani, they were beautiful when I received them. The quality overall is trash It was like wearing fake jewelry from the 99cent store. I attempted to clean them as I clean my Pandora bracelet but the tarnishing was just so bad. I literally would not recommend purchasing any jewelry from them moving forward. Alex and Ani should be shameful for the price they charge for such low quality jewelry.
I have overall been happy with my bracelet purchases from Alex and Ani, but I feel like their quality changes from item to item. I have tried the necklaces before, and it seems like a cheap material, something similar to what you could get for a lower budget. I know it's more of an "affordable" jewelry brand, but I wish I could trust the consistency a little more.
To create and produce a religious cymbal, it is wrong to deface it with ones own name and they should be ashamed of their conceitedness. The cross bracelet. I bought a lot of their products but no more.
I ordered the bracelet on 11/22/15 and it arrived on 11/27/15. It broke off of my wrist on 12/03/15. On examining the break in the metal it appeared to have been previously souldered together in the spot where it broke. On the other side which is identical, it is a single solid metal NOT souldered. When i tried to return it their policy was final sale for clearence. Absolutely do not buy from them unless you like throwing money away. Not surprising to find out though that there is no way to review your purchase on their site.
I purchased three bracelets and the order was shipped out on 12/29/23 I just received my package on 1/16/24 and to top it all off one of my bracelets was missing, I took a pic of the items I received and tried to contact customer service to no avail, I couldn't even contact the live customer service. All you can do is leave an email and wait 3-5 business days for a reply NEVER will I order from them again!
Awful quality for what you pay. Aria Lattner is similiar price range, but the difference in quality is black and white
