I bought a bag of apples, big mistake. I bought this bag on 3-13-2023. I don't hold receipts. But when your wrong your wrong.
We would love for Aldi's to expand to Utah, because there are so many people from outer states that miss their Aldi's. Much appreciated.
Two guys at the Roanoke location are rude as all get out. Friday 11 am may 5th, 2023 cold robotic to me but nice to people who frequently shop there.
Audi make my shopping quick and the prices are awesome. They make up for fewer brands by oferring great products.
Aldi is no better regarding customer service from Headquarters, it seems that ALDI has worse service than the Nazi's on WWII against the Jewish community, buy else where
I tried to reach out to you, but you can't even answer the damned phone. This is so sad and pathetic!
You put a application in with the experience just to be emailed you got rejected but you guys are always hiring
Very UNACOMADATING Handicap parking farther away from store than normal parking, Long lines ONE RUDE NASTY Checker the ONLY ONE in the STORE who leaves her checkout to tell me I can't park near the door for a few minutes to get my groceries! I have a broken ankle! No accommodations no empathy No COMMON SENSE! No response from Corporate! Will NOT Shop here EVER and certainly NOT recommend this place! The ATTITUDE "I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS." EXPRESSED SEVERAL TIMES!
Rude nasty checker can not even tell me WHERE the handicap parking is! Not one person parked in the space I was parked in during my visit! Even though Not allowed to park close to the building on cutches! Spent more time waiting in line than in a parking space! Handicap parking is in the Northeast forty where even an employee cannot find it!
I would recommend go elsewhere and be treated with respect and given accommodations needed! Nothing here I can not find elsewhere WITHOUT the ATTITUDE!
Rude NASTY checker obviously MANAGEMENT appearance matched her ATTITUDE!
If I could give a negative rating I Certainly would!
Nebraska Store
Whole crew is great but Joe is so kind!
Store very organized, clean. Prices still reasonable. Thank Joe and staff.
I went Aldi on commercial blvd in Ft Lauderdale to get a few items.
I paid with cash and my change due was $5.70, the cashier opened the cash box and counted out 7 dimes…I noticed she was doing that and also noticed there were several quarters in the cash box as well. When she went to give me my change I asked if I could have 2 quarters and 2 dimes…She replied by saying she didn't have any quarters, I responded by saying that the cash box has many quarters in it. She then told me that the quarters are for the store and the dimes are for the customers. I then said that is not true, I have received quarters as change many times from that very store. When I wouldn't take the dimes from her she threw them on the floor.
Then instructed me to pick them up if I want my change. I was a bit shocked and said no that is not the way to treat a customer.
She then reached over to another small container to the right of the register containing several quarters and handed me 2…. When I went to pick up the 2 dimes I was still owed she reacted by jumping up from the register and violently grabbing my arm and shoving me backwards…I reacted by telling her to never put your hands on me…And told another employee who was nearby that I had just been assaulted by the cashier and to get the manager. I proceeded to bag my items and the manager never came over to ask me what happened …Mind you this is immediately after I was grabbed and shoved by the cashier.
The Woman who assaulted me was a blonde haired, full figured woman with glasses…
I understand that people have bad days.
However getting violent with a customer is completely in acceptable…And for the manager to not even ask me if was ok that is extremely concerning?
For these reasons I will never shop at Aldi again.
Always late to open always something wrong with checkout line which holds everyone up bottom line poor management
Very friendly and welcoming. Love this store! The staff work everything in the store and are amazing!
I just ordered in amazon café bustelo for $3.27.
Aldi $6.97 unbelievable the difference of the price
Great value but out of popular products frequently. Blows all other supermarkets away. You won't find better prices anywhere.
Best supermarket on the planet. Period.
Value for money, quality, service, all excellent. Always buy my groceries from here.
When you understand at Aldi is a discount store with high-quality Storebrand items and that you'll spend half what you do at Walmart or target, then you wont mind bagging your own groceries or returning your car tto the corral. The produce is top quality and dirt cheap, the cheeses meats and canned goods rival any named brand. Seasonal items cookware etc. are always a value. My porcelain pot has a couple minor chips in it but it was $20 and a comparable namebrand is $120. Mine is going to last just as long. It's not brand new looking, but I saved $100. Guess what, when Aldi doesn't have eggs neither does Publix or Kroger. And when they do they're half the price OR LESS and just as good. If you pay attention to the specials and the discounts in the store and you own a freezer or have space to stock up will find amazing values that are not possible elsewhere. I prefer their snack foods to the three times higher priced Fritos and Lays etc… there are cookies and baked goods rival the Girl Scouts and name brands for a quarter of the price. I'm blessed enough to be able to shop off peak so lines are never an issue. When I go into Walmart anytime of the day the self checkout is always five people deep so if you're complaining about the cashier at Aldi, at least you have human interaction! I also find that if I buy 20 items at Walmart five of them are miss priced always for a much higher price at the checkout. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at Aldi, I always check my receipt and I have never found one error in pricing. Even the sale and reduced items ring up properly for me. If you're experiencing something different I can honestly say I've never had a less than satisfactory experience but I'm sure it has a lot to do with my appreciation of where I'm shopping and my expectations. I recommend this chain to anybody and everybody.
I ordered a small greenhouse on line and was told 2- 7 days for delivery that order date was on April 30th 2023 arrived May 9th 2023.
On opening the damaged box that was taped up again found that there was no fittings in the box to put it together so rang the help line and spoke to a German lady who told me to ring Aldi Customer service.
Rang customer service what a waste of time could hardly understand what he was saying after explaining the situation he was not helpful at all saying I had to ring the help line I said I had already spoke to them and told him I had to ring them he said he could not do anything and it was out of stock
I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor or manager and was told one would ring me between four and five hours STILL WAITING
It's as though ALDI want to sell you items and quick at taking your money then that's it as far as they are concerned
Got a greenhouse no fitting like buying a jigsaw with pieces missing
What a waste of money
MY ADVICE ANYONE BUYING ONLINE FROM ALIDS DONT BUY
I've been buying ALDI countryside creamer for quite a while and it usually does the trick, however lately it has not been getting my coffee light as it's still remains dark even when I add more half-and-half?, up to a quarter of a cup.
For sometime now i've been buying from both Walmart and Aldi's for this particular product and I guess I will go back to the Walmart brand and stick with them for a while until Aldi's gets there percentage correct, because it seems like it's more half skim milk and half regular milk with the last quart or two that I have bought.
I drink a combination of Aldi sold Beaumont coffee and their donut shop coffee mixed and sometimes add just a little espresso or vanilla And I do check the darkness of the coffee itself once brewed.
After a few Mr Coffee pots with no expresso, and a quarter cup of Aldi creamer, my coffee was still very dark so I used the carton up rapidly and figured I better switch over to the Walmart Great Value brand.
Aldi administrators please don't blame this on Gladimir Putin's war; And I can only hope that such a large worldwide corporation with German roots would send some sympathetic donation dollars to the Ukrainians. Sorry I just had to slip that in, as where you operate in the town I shop is predominantly a Jewish neighborhood, So thank you for giving back in the small yet largely unknown way. For the most part I love the deals on the foods that I do buy from Aldi's, however prices do change and sometimes rapidly..
The filet was very tough it was like a round steak very bad. I would not recommend anybody to buy their Frozen filet.
