Bought 3 Pressure washers from aldi on 8th oct, was told delivery would be on friday 21 oct, by XPD, waited in all pm as time slot was 1:30 to 3:30, no one delivered check tracking later and see a picture of a telegraph pole about 100m up the road in a section of the road that you cannot park in saying could not deliver and "email carded " I had no email, waited in the following Monday all day for delivery, still nothing, phone Monday evening to cancel order as fed up with waiting around, received an email to confirm this, Tuesday 7 am get an email to say delivered successfully, no delivery was made, get a phone call at 10:50 am from aldi customer service to ask if i have the three items, I inform them I do not., wait for my refund, them nothing, phone back a week later to be told they were delivered, despite me already confirming that they had not been. Was told then I would have to wait for an investigation into the courier. They have my £240 I have no goods and they will not refund me. What a bunch of THEIVES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALDI AGAIN AND BASED ON THIS AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE HAVEING LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED BY XPD COURIERS TO JUST DONT DO IT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS AND ALDI WILL NOT REFUND.

BEWARE DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT ALDI! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ANYONE THAT USED A CARD ON 6/21! CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS! Yes aldi has the best prices but no ability to contact anyone in customer service. The # they give explains that prices are so low because they have no reachable person and cuts you off. Their cash register froze during my transaction. After trying 3 times the manager took my receipt and rang the order up on another register. When I checked my bank account the next day they had charged me twice $76.06. Contacted my bank and they froze my debit card and I cannot get another card for 10 days.i had to email aldi which said they check emails all day but emailed them at 9 am and got a phone call from an offshore person at 5 pm who said they would reverse the charge in 10 DAYS.this is my money and they are keeping it for 10 days!I am unemployed and need all my money. Due to no debit card I am inable to get money out because my credit union is an hour drive and I shop once every three weeks because the closest aldi with traffic takes me over an hour to get to. ALDI MUST PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS! Apologies from an offshore company is not enough! Their mistake caused me to lose access to my bank account and lose whatever small amount of interest i would have incurred. The time between my email sent and reply is unacceptable! Totally screwed up my finances. I am a 61 year old woman and this has caused me anxiety and financial pain. Very sour taste in my mouth and lack of confidence in this store. Lidle has people in this country that answer the phone and keep in touch if you have an issue.shame on aldi!

Caja de auto servicio

En servicios que ofrecen algunas cajeras no es bueno considerando que el cliente debe de empacar sus productos el cliente debe de llevar sus bolsas es mejor Un autoservicio de cajas de esa forma te estás ahorrando el salario de las cajeras y podemos tener un mejor servicio dándonos los nosotros mismos. Si haces cuentas el costo por poner cajas para autoservicio puede ser que gastes un poco ahorita pero a la larga tu ahorro va a ser mucho más grande y vas a evitar contratar más cajeros el servicio de la tienda se va a agilizar los clientes estarán más satisfechos su tiempo de espera será menor habrá mayor eficiencia en tu tienda. Fui atendida donde mi siquiera tenían carro la cajera dejo los productos encima de la registradora y se fue. Se me atendió en la caja sin carro. Se atendió primero a una persona q estaba atrás el trato no es adecuado. Pésimo servicio de la manager y falta de organización. Requieren curso de servicio a clientes

Wir haben an dem 08.04.2022 eine packung nordseekrabben gekauft die, bis zum 08.04.2022, haltbar war welches wir aber erst gerade eben bemerkt haben. Das hätte garnicht mehr verkauft werden dürfen. Das geht überhaupt nicht.

Lo que te ahorran en quilos te lo sacan emocionalmente, te apuran como si estuvieras en una academia militar. Emotional distress es lo que sufres en esa store, pobres viejitos que frecuentan esa tienda para ahorrarse unos centavos que tienen que andar apurados, es abuso mental ya que las personas mayores no tienen capacidad de andar rapido porq su metabolismo es lento. D
E verdad es la peor tienda que han podido sacar.
