Aldi Estero Fl.
Cashiers are quick and mostly friendly and helpful.
I'm on my lunch break from work and just needed a few items. The workers were stocking shelves. I moved out of their way also saying excuse me.
But apparently that's not enough where the one young "gentleman" practically hit me with the cart.
I Literally pushed myself up against the wall so I'd jump out of his way. Extremely rude. And unapologetic. I understand your busy. I got the point.
Maybe if you do not want a customer in that isle, block it off? I wasn't the only shopper. I'm all of 125 pounds. Thanks for trying to hit me with your cart.

Aldi shopping online was horrible. Aldi delivery person place unbag /unbox grocery worth over hundred dollars of fresh meats, poultry, diary,, fresh vegetables, food scattered on the cement e front porch like garbage for neighbors to perceive as food littered. And left it all hanging out with any cross-contamination to happen. I was very disappointed tfood on the ground Felt violated and disrespectful. After paying hard earned money for food.
I live in Manatee County Florida. The only other grocery "main chains" here are Publix & Winn Dixie. Prices have gone off the charts & would honestly say double, compared to what you have to pay at Publix. I love the variety of specialty items offered at Aldi's & really uphold an exceptional quality. I love eating healthy & Aldi's make that possible with their pricing on fruits & veggies. Yes, you need to pick carefully & items have a short shelf life...but I never buy more of perishable items that I can utilize within 1-3 days. Their own condiments & cooking aids, are very flavorful. Being of German decent, it is also an added bonus to see those items stocked as well. The only negative thing I can say is that they run low on inventory quickly. I've learned to go during the time of the week, where I know it will be well stocked. I would also like to see more of misc goodie isle to have more selection here locally.
5 people in line and one checker checkout lane open. I can't say my checker was rude because he did not make a sound. Did not receive a receipt. Selection was poor. This was my 2nd visit to Aldi and will be my last.
I have saved so much money grocery shopping here! It is remarkable and it feels good knowing I saved so much. And the products are good quality products. It's typically a smaller store and does not have a huge selection like other grocers and sometimes they aren't always consistent with some of the products they carry. Like the fit and active lunches. One week they will have a big variety of the ones I like and the next week, maybe 2 different types to choose from. That is really the only downside I see. I walked out with a $19 spend and got food to last me for at least 2 weeks. Incredible. More stores should operate similar to this.
We in the north county on the central coast would love to have you in our area. We don't have many reasonable priced grocery stores. Like between King City & Santa Margarita California. I had my first experience at your store in Arroyo Grande a couple wks. Ago excellent! Thank you for reading & taking my words to a daily meeting! Cruz up the coast up hwy. 101 & see for yourself what we have to do for shopping.
The black women in Aldi / Kenmore Avenue at Alexandria/ Virginia location, always aggressive and seize any opportunity to create an issue with me as I am foreigner, almost white, and didn't born and raise up here… I noticed the black women there keep their eyes on me while am shopping and stayed watching me until I go to the line to pay, they try to take a spot in the line to be before me, and trigger a fight for Not worthy reason, just they wanted to practice control. That happened over and over, I mean many times, each time I keep my cool in order not to be involved in a big fight with them …. I don't see any security guy around or someone who could show up at time troubles start to go up!
My Thursday my daughter bought salmon in Bloomington, IN of of 3rd St. 30 minutes after she ate it, she threw up and was up all night throwing up. Aldi leaves their fish out for way to long.
I just left the store and there was a cashier opening and she called A Woman in front of me even though I was in Front of the line. Sometimes you have to ask yourself really. If the person is in front of the line shouldn't that person be called 1st? I don't know maybe it's just me!

This is the second time that we have had this glass jar brake on the bottom from normal use. That would be we use a butter knife to scoop out the jam to put on our pancakes. The last time the whole bottom fell out and this time a small piece landed on my 4 year old daughters plate. Luckily she found it with her hands and didn't swallow it. I would highly recommend not using this jar anymore. We will not be buying it anymore for safety reasons. I hope the company listens to this complaint and takes it seriously since this is not the first time it has happened to us and must happen all the time.
I'm writing this review to inform others of the danger these jars pose. I hope they take the appropriate action before someone gets seriously injured. On a side note I had a glass jar that wasnt an Aldi's product break in my hand when I was closing it and it cut my palm right open down to the bone, not a fun experience. Fragile jars are really dangerous.
I am a regular shopper at aldi Farmington Hills, MI.
I want to acknowledge The Cashiers,The amazing pace, Kindnesses, and willing to help.
Today it was specially, I believe her name is Pam, African American lady, around 1:53pm.
The sugar smell like rat urine when you open it not safe Aldi please do better Aldi grocery store used to be great but every since the pandemic it has went downhill
I shop in ALDI stores not because the prices are "ridiculously low" according to one review but because of food quality and always fresh fruits and vegetables. If ALDI have a store in my zip code, I believe the prices will be compatible with Balducci and Whole Foods. The prices are reasonable considering their real estate location.
I recommend ALDI stores to all my friends.
Aldi and ferex car vac - just rubbishI purchased car vac some months ago and as is my habit, tossed out the receipt not expecting to have any issues. I didn't use for some time so I didn't experience the problem until I did. The unit simply didn't work. I got in touch with the supplier, "action spares, Uncle Bill Australia". I guess the name says it all. Anyhow after getting in touch I was asked to supply the following information. Wow!
Full name
- Residential Address including POSTCODE
- Postal Address (if different)
- Phone number
- Attach your purchase receipt/bank transaction
- Confirm that the replacement/s can be left at the front door if no one is home
- As per manual part number required and how many
- Product code/model number
- Picture of the sticker on the faulty product/item
- For Missing parts claim please attach a picture of the manual and parts description list circled plus picture of all parts you do have.
- Picture of the fault
- Video of the fault
This for a car vac that costs like $40... nevertheless I provided all the requested info except for the receipt. (sometimes I pay cash, sometimes cc. My cc didn't have the required confirmation of purchase, so the claim has been rejected).
BTW, the claim was escalated to someone called Gordon who assured me he was there to help me, who requested editing permission for the video I sent as proof the unit was faulty. Now, why would he want that?, but went on to say that without a receipt, sorry, no can do.
My reply was courteous (and not what I really wanted to say!).that I'd spent enough time on the claim and it simply wasn't worth any more time.
Bottom line... If you can purchase a similar product from another company do so. Aldi may be "good different" and that is certainly the case when it comes to getting service, "Not good, indifferent" more like it.
I remember why I stopped shopping at Aldi's. A new Aldi's opened in Fairmont. I haven't stopped at an Aldi's in awhile. We have one in Bridgeport and in Morgantown and it's been years since I been. It was pretty crowded and only one register was open. 5 minutes shopping 20 minutes waiting. I'm done.
Don't shop here if you are a straight white person. If they refuse to hire people like us then why should be spend our hard earned money there.
Your Aldi's store in Swansea Illinois has an extremely professional and kind worker in Tiffany. Thank you for hiring such character people! Blessings.
Have visited several local stores in recent months. Store shelves are typically empty. I cannot provide "proof of purchase" for items I cannot buy. Don't waste your time going there.
There was a time, when i was confident i would always get the best deal for my money. That was years ago, and i was a ALDI customer for many years. Now, I hardly go to ALDI anymore, I prefer HEB instead because of the better quality and fresh produce for about the same price as ALDI has. There are only a few items left that i would buy from ALDI like canned fruit and canned vegetables or cereal. Never buy perishable food from ALDI unless you need it for immediate consumption, these items are usually close to the expiration date. Sorry ALDI! You have to do better than that.
Been going Aldi's for MORE than 25 YEARS. I was on line in the Ephrata, Pa. Store today Only 3 lines were opened. STUPID Amanda, the Manager decided to CLOSE 2.Then says to go to the 3rd line.W.T.F? So you can open another and tell EVERYONE to move again. BULL$#*!! Went to another location closer to home. NO PROBLEM.
