It took approx. 4 months after my order (and the deposit) to arrive and be installed. Time might have been shorter had the installer not canceled delivery two times. On delivery, the installer tried to explain to me that they would not be able to anchor the carport due to the asphalt. I told him that I had paid for anchors and I wanted them installed. He said he would try. So they did install the carport with the ground anchors as I instructed. It took them approx. 2 1/2 hours to complete. I watched the entire time to be sure no more shortcuts would be taken. So far all is fine. I did not care for the installers hastle for sure a healthy price, but all seems fine now.

Waas called for delivery date on Saturday. Waited all day Saturday and no installers. I took the day off for this delivery and they never called to tell me they were not coming. Had to wait until Monday to call them when they were open. I was never told why they didn't show up and was told I had to get back on the schedule, meaning at the end of the list for delivery. I waited another month for them to finally show up. When the installers were here, they played their music loud enough for the whole neighborhood, didn't speak any English. A few days after the install, I was contacted by the distributer that the installers lost my check (over $1700) and I needed to put a stop payment on it and send them another one. It was $30 to stop payment. That check has not been cashed yet so, until it has been cashed, this nightmare is not over yet. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get my $30 yet as every time I call, the person is not available. As far as the product, It is great.

Good, sturdy carport. I was a bit disappointed by the scheduling process, but it all worked out in the end. Had the first install no call, no show and then show up late evening the next day with no warning. After being clearly annoyed to be on the job, the installer says he doesn't have the right size carport but offers to install a smaller (shorter) one. When I said that wouldn't work, he told me I'd have to call and reschedule then... packed up and left
I called the next day to ask for help and got a reschedule,m, but at no point did I get so much as a 'oh sorry about that'... just a casual 'ok let's reschedule. The next team showed up a few days later. In the end, no harm, no foul... but I definitely got the impression I was more of an annoyance to deal with than a valued customer.
