My response to a return issue. It stated that the first item had a free return but then when I added the second item it charged me for both wow so I spent 23 I am expected to recieve a 7 dollar refund and your willing to give me a coupon for the next order, because you think I am going to order again after that generous refund, that's okay keep your generous offer I have lost more in life than 23 dollars. I purchased a beautiful dress from Vencano but it was only in bright orange. I don't love the orange but the dress is beautiful. Well, I was thrilled when I saw the same dress in navy blue on
Airydress. The dress that came is of the cheapest fabric you could possibly find and the design was completely different. I will admit that it was well made, but NO! This will not due! It was bad knock off, a completely different dress. It makes me sad that the craftsmanship was so good but not the fabric or the design in the ad. I hope that seamstress finds a better company to work for. Return was quick and easy, but -DO NOT BUY FROM Airydress or Airycloth! YOU'LL BE SORRY. See pics below. I received my first order yesterday. The price is cheap and the delivery is quick. That's the only positives.
Most of the material isn't what I expected. The sizes are way out. I am a UK size 8 so I ordered small. They are all at least a size 12. The only item I received which was XS was worse, that was at least a size 14.
I have tried all morning to get a returns label, it's impossible. Contacting them by email is just as bad. Even though their website clearly says easy returns, it's not.
Luckily I have a sewing machine so can modify nearly all the items myself, not what I wanted to do with new clothes but no option.
I definitely won't use them again. Wish I had read more of the reviews!

I ordered 8 items thought I would get these items before my vacation - it's been almost a month since I ordered these items and still haven't receive them. I sent an email and my question wasn't really answered. My order keeps telling me that it's in process mode. It's ridiculous - I tried to cancel my order and if I go forward with canceling it they stand to keep a portion my my money for doing nothing but delaying the shipment. So either way they win. I ordered a dress 10 days ago and still they have not dispatched it, I've read and seen a lot of people have been sent a different version to what they have advertised. I am a fully qualified dressmaker and i can see clearly what they are doing, They will post a picture of a good quality items, then they will send a cheaper version, different types of fabric used, Its a huge scam, and i cannot believe these people get away with it.
If my dress does turn up, which I'm not holding up much hope on its arrival, I shall inspect it thoroughly, then if it turns out that its cheaper fabric than the one advertised, They will be getting reported to everywhere i can possibly report to. I have checked various review websites to find out whether it would be a wise choice to order from airydress.com. I mostly read positive response and made the mistake of trying it anyway.
But it was too good to be true. I should have known. The 3 sweaters I ordered did not look like the pictures at all.

I order shoes on 2/7/21 this company took the money immediately after i placed the order. It is now 2/16/21 i checked the status of the order my order has not yet been placed. I tried to contact this company by their email system, received an email back saying something about peek season. If i would have known i would have never purchased anything from this company. Well, i ordered a dress. Came and i was very disappointed of the fabric quality. Cheap and not cotton. I can't wear this dress. My skin can't breathe. Of course i'm returning. Then, i got a pair of shoes which i want to return but the refund is so small i rather keep them an give away.

Airy delivered the dress in 2 weeks.The quality was fantastic & I only wish I'd known of the company before wasting time & money on another company's (JFN) very slow order processing & delivering if the order arrives at all. DON'T USE AIRY! Our order was R3292. 93 ($226.00). Airy put all the wrong prices on the invoice that came with the goods. On average they put it at 10% of the actual value. Customs in South Africa stopped this parcel because of the LOW VALUE on the invoice. Now DHL courier is demanding that we pay another R3354. 20 ($230.21) for the parcel to be released because AIRY'S INVOICE WAS WRONG. This will make our purchase MORE THAN DOUBLE what we agreed on when we paid online. The amount gets more every day because they now charge a storage fee at customs too. I have emailed Airy numerous times, I got no reply from them and DHL is threatening me to pay their bill.
My aunt also bought from them. Her's got delivered, but of the 12 items she ordered and received, only 8 items were correct. The other 4 items were random blouses she didn't order.
