When you buy products from a shop you rely on the reputation of the shop to provide products that you will be happy with. When you buy products from the internet there is a level of trust given to the site to provide the same. I bought a couple of items including a phone from A Happy Deal that I was not happy with. It was too heavy and bulky. I looked at another site for a thinner lighter phone then went back and checked to see if A Happy Deal had the same phone, they did. Now I have what I consider to be the best phone I have seen that cost $130 less. Bargain. I'm not big on writing reviews but credit to where credit's due. A Happy Deal has joined the dots... a happy customer comes back. Give them a go.

Horrible Customer Service. Very slow delivery. The reviews you are reading are exactly right. I received a defective 3G phone. When I emailed them they told me to take it to a local place to get it fixed. The phone was only 2 weeks old. After a ton of emails back and forth I finally was told how to send back phone to China on my own dime. Took 2 1/2 months to get it back. When I emailed them they told me to be patient. Phone calls were useless. Very poor English and they were unable to track my original order number. My new phone is working better but shuts itself off at least rwice a day. Not reliable at all. NEVER AGAIN!
Durin last months I already placed several orders at ahappydeal.com. So far the products were good quality and delivered to Europe in expected time. So far ahappydeal.com is for me the best source of gadgets and other small products.
Well, I received my order, at the tail end of the promised time period but still within the range. It came from Hong Kong so the extended shipping time was to be expected - about 3 week from the order date.
The products (kids watches) were very nice although the quality seems to be mediocre but again well worth the 2 bucks each I paid.
During my waiting period I received several emails from a company rep asking if I had received my order. Although she couldn't provide any helpful information, she did seem genuinely interested in trying to help and responded to my emails quickly. She even offered me a discount on future purchases.
Overall my experience was as expected. Shipping times were as expected and product quality was as expected.

I have ordered a phone on 11/1/2013 and today it is 11/07/2013 and it says my order is still processing. I have called the number on the site and a recording come on and tells me they are closed and I should call during business hours, which I did every time I called. I have also emailed the several times and still I have not gotten a respond and I starting to feel that I have gotten rob by ahappydeal.
