A great company to buy from. Excellent products, we purchased an AMPE 3g phone tablet for an astounding price. Arrived quickly, the best price we found. I referred my sister who purchased 2 cell phones we are very happy with. I have ordered another cel; phone and expect the same great level of satisfaction. I am planning to purchase more.

I bought an iphone from these criminals. They were slow to deliver, the phone screen was broken when it arrived, and the batteries they included would not take a charge or when you charged them in the phone, they heated up to the point where their mounting melted. I have tried to get an address to send the phone back, tried to talk to customer service, tried to get anything of value from them. Nothing. They are not really a business, they are a scam.
I have ordered many smaller items from this site. The items always arrived within the time stated in the shipping. I have had a couple items that were broken or lost in the mail but I was given a refund or the item was resent. Communication is good when there is a problem. Shipping is always very cheap and there are always coupons available!
Happy with the service i recieved, the delay in postage and poor quality of items is more than countered by the price.
I would recommend them to others and will continue to use them as a source of cheap chinese goods
I bought my phone. Within 5 days I had it. It is very good and the price is good. When my fell and had a broken screen I send it back. I have to pay a small fee and I had a new one I took a while before the replacement came but it is a nice and more powerful phone.

This site has to be one of the worse sites I have been to to buy things. I waited for my item to come and it never showed. I payed for expedited shipping and it still hasnt come. I just a refund of my money. If you read this stay away from Ahappydeal.com they will rip you off.

So ive been informed to check out some reviews after placing an orderon this website. I have spent 200$ with them on the SM-N9002. After reading reviews i feel like i have been fooled by them and plan to report it to paypal and demand a full refund if it does not ship in the next day or so as i paid for express shipping.

Do not know if it is a SCAM... I just know I ordered over 3 months ago and have nothing! I have communicated with their service 4 times and am told to wait, to go to my post office, and that, of course, they are very sorry. I have requested a refund over a month ago. Their reply was, once again, to check with my post office. Definitely appears I have been had... recommend a new name... abaddeal!

I placed the order on september 7, and got them within 5 days. But one problem, I have not got all the items, they told me that they need 3 days to restock the items. And finally they delivered them to me a little late. But I got them, and the quality is good. I like them. Good service!

Don't order a phone it took 4 mths to arrive I kept asking them where is it they said that its on it way and when I finally got it, it didn't work properly in Australia. So now im giving them a second chance to see how this one goes BUT these guys are the cheapest for there product that they sell.

I ordered cell phone that required a sim card. Well the sim card slot was too small and took 3 months to get my refund. I also ordered a navigation system that was totally broke. I sent them a email telling them the problems and they told me to take it to a computer shop to have it fixed and they would split the cost. I told them "hell no" I want my refund. That was almost 6 months ago and they have not refunded my money and stopped answering my emails. It's funny how certain products you order are not listed for you to give a review on. HMMMM SCAM!

After I order, I'm told they are not in stock,(website doesn't say that) please be patient I'm asked. 8 days later its still processing, I have asked for a refund thru PayPal, my patience is gone. Later I find out, if site says 'ships in 24hrs' it might be in stock, other wise not much chance of shipping it. Even if you can get live chat, you have to give them the webpage address, not a sku or model number? And they dont handle 'after sales' questions. My recommendation, run dont walk to a reputable company.

I have ordered product from ahappydeal numerous times over the past couple years, and have always received exactly what was advertised, and in a timely manner. On my last order, I received a damaged item, a monocular. It wouldn't focus, but showed no sign of physical damage from shipping. I emailed ahappydeal, and received an immediate response asking for details. The monocular is being replaced at no cost, and shipping immediately. Couldn't ask for any better service than that! I will continue to business wiith a company that puts its customers' interests first.
I had a bad experience with this one. Don't buy there.

After finally getting in touch with them I was informed that my order was unable to be processed due to a discrepancy between my credit card billing address and my paypal billing address. By this they meant they will charge your account, never contact you to inform you of this, and then ask you to email them copies of your drivers license and credit card. Consider me out.
