With the points given, we can get some discount from the rate shown.The rate they offered is reasonable and sometime cheaper than the walk in price. Highly recommended. The customer service is really the best one. I tried to make a delay for the date of checking-in and expected they won't approve my delay because it's quite near the date I was going to check in, but what they did for me was such a surprise and warmth. They approved my delay and even rebate some amount of $ to me as the rate that i delayed checking-in was cheaper. Really an warmth and good experience to stay with them. Definately will use AGODA forever!
I've used Agoda for the past five years to book various hotel stays in different places, love the prices, can't get anything cheaper from what I've seen. No matter where I search, Agoda always has a better price!
The agoda.com customer service via phone and web-site are terrible. I called to make a change on my check in date but the web-site won't allot me to proceed after I enter my forgot password. I called the numbers 24/7 customer service they put me on hold for 20 minutes, finally I choose to leave message and the auto answer the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. Terrible customer service. They charge my credit card because I wasn't able to contact them and make a change because of their poor customer service. Calling from international call always cost money. I will never use this web site again and not to recommend with friend.
Will use this site again for easy booking and prices are slightly cheaper than Expedia

Agoda provide the cheapest deal after i compare with other website. Some how Trivago didnt recommend Agoda although it is the cheapest among all.

I have found Agoda to be the most consistent when booking a hotel anywhere in the world, they are first class.
What I like about Agoda is their quick booking and at the same time their response if at all I have needed changes due to my schedules. They have always approached the hotels and assisted with necessary changes. Peace of mind is what I need during travels and I get that from Agoda's responsible & matured attitude. Answer: For me as well very bad experience with this site. The administrator failed to confirm my booking in the evening, claiming they could not see it in their system and stating that the reserved room was unavailable, despite all the correct booking information being provided. Instead, they offered me a different room. At 10 PM on December 31st, traveling with a child, I had no choice but to agree and pay again for the alternative room. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda for assistance. The room we were given was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and mold was visible. It was nowhere near the standard described in the booking. The following morning, a different administrator located my original booking and refunded the payment for the additional room. However, they falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room I originally booked. This is not true—the room I stayed in differed significantly from the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Despite providing all necessary evidence, Agoda has refused to support my complaint, stating that the hotel confirmed my booking, which does not address the poor service, the forced additional payment, or the unacceptable condition of the room. This experience demonstrates an appalling lack of customer care from both the hotel and Agoda. As a customer, I feel my rights were ignored, and no proper resolution was provided. I expect Agoda to take accountability and address this issue properly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Answer: Well, you probably need to call the customer service online or send them email from Agoda to get a reply. I feel that it was in vain to look for any help or compensation once your reservation has been done. Even the you overlooked some tricky information, Agoda will completely ignore what you said and push the blame to the hotel/property or the users. That is how I feel after trying so sort our the issue. Once a mistake is made, we probably can only eat it. Never expect they will admit any misinformation on line.
