OK, but I emailed question yesterday morning & no answer so far. Today, at 11 am your time, I called to ask question before ordering but your lines not open your recording says & invites me to send email. Is this just an on-line company & why isn't phone line available?

First time shopper here
June 9, 2015

First time shopper here. We are stuck without water in trailer. Hope the part gets here asap. We ordered on Wednesday and paid extra for expedited and 2 day delivery but didn't get part until late Monday afternoon. Had to spend an extra day of camping. Would have liked an option for Saturday delivery.

I think the shipping charges are over priced especially since they are going through both fed ex and mail. When USPS only charges 6.99 to ship. I will definitely take this into account t when placing another order. I will also be looking at different places to shop before placing an order Adventure RV.

Wow, I thought Amazon was great...they do not compete with your price on this unit and the service on the first one we bought two weeks ago was fantastic. 1 business day - ordered on Friday received on Monday...who can beat that? You folks are the best in the RV business, that is for sure!

Received very quickly--faster than expected

Received very quickly--faster than expected. The box has not been opened yet, since it's to be installed by the RV dealer at which we will be picking up our new trailer. Can't rate the product at this time, since I haven't used it yet.

Product works perfectly. Installed with adapter that came with board no issues. Good product.

Easy layout on website & full line of products.
The only negative with my experience was due to handling issues with the carrier. My items were not damaged, but the box containing them was a disaster. It looked as if the truck had run over it rather than transport it. It apparently was so bad that before delivery, it was opened, the packing slip removed, the items inspected & replaced; then resealed & delivered.

It has been good, seem to have what I was looking for. After receiving the order, I contacted customer service to get an invoice with reference to the credit card that was used for the purchase, which is required for my company's fiscal accounting. They were unable to help with this request. While I will probably make future purchases for personal use, I may not for business.

Update: Product delivered fast, considering how heavy it was (truck camper jacks). Aside from the confusion noted in the original ordering experience (the website software), the transaction was very satisfactory.

The message for an error when ordering (in my case, the credit card number) is not clearly noted. It is red (good) but in small print (same as rest of page) and right above a colored banner bar. The error message should be right by the field in error, because the credit card field is erased without notice as to why if an error occurs. I submitted twice, then wondered if I had ordered two separate shipments. I checked my confirmation email to be sure, then went through the order sheet one more time and it was finally accepted.

I am an RV parts rep. For Paul's Auto & RV and I normally only purchase from my distributor's. However, when it comes to obsolete or hard to find items, you are a great resource. I can't complain about the pricing either. However, you could've included that the control kit I ordered comes with the mounting bolts, since I ordered them separate.

Tried all day yesterday to place this order

Tried all day yesterday to place this order. Our furnace failed and it is cold outside! It would never go through. No instructions appeared as to what was wrong. The chat window didn't open and I sent a query and got a response this morning saying "try again". Tried to call and only got "go to the website', problem is the website.You need a phone that is answered!
The following day, the order went right through. But since it was then a day later, I had to pay for expedited handling and 3 days shipping so we could get it and get it installed ASAP.

Your products do not favor much description about them, so I had to look for them elsewhere (for description detail) then selected you only due to a slightly better price. Otherwise I would have shopped where more attention was placed on describing the item for the customer.
