So far so good. Have always had good service from your co. I no longer use a couple of the big name rv suppliers because of their lack of customer service. Thank you. Received my order earlier than expected. Product is the same I would have received from other suppliers. Price and shipping was considerably lower. You'll be my first choice for future needs.

The web page was a little awkward

The web page was a little awkward. Calculate shipping opens new window, but no place to select until a couple screens later.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in just two days. It was the exact part I needed and this was the best price even after adding shipping cost. So I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

This part has a 5 year limited life from the manufacturing date, so I was pleased that the manufacturing date was only 3 months prior to when I received the part. Sometimes parts can sit in dealer's inventory for a long time, but this was a fresh part.

Think it was crappy that you quote shipping and then add $.99 to the order at the end for insurance that I could give a crap about! Stuff like that makes people not want to come back because it seems like you're trying to screw me out of another buc at the end...very short sited and I'm sure costs you business.

So far so good now waiting and see how product turn out!

Gasket had part of adhesive exposed not sure it will stick... Over all not bad service! Delivery was a day late but I am sure it is a FedEx issue! Received all we ordered and will order in the future!

Looked for promo code and could not find one

Looked for promo code and could not find one. Too bad, as we live in TN cost makes comparable w/local merchants.
We are HOPING this part will make our lives easier = we are Srs. And these are difficult jobs to do, these days.

Ordered furnace and propane vale on Sunday and were received on Friday. Love the propane valve/manifold, auto switching to second tank is great. Installed furnace and had it running in less than 2 hours. Only issue I had was a minor dent (shipping damage) that was easily tapped out of furnace housing.

So far everything was great. Once I receive my order and see if everything is correct and timely I would better be able to rate.

I received my order in a very timely manner. I was happy with the product. I only felt shipping was quite expensive but other than that, we will definitely shop at adventure.net for future RV needs.

I had a question concerning the product and contacted the company but was directed to the manufacturer. Though this helps answer my questions, the method of redirecting me to the manufacturer seemed a little abrupt, almost distant like I was being a bother. Additional courtesy within the email such as "Please try contacting the manufacturer at xxxx website. Thank you and let us know if they are unable to answer your query." would go a long way to impress the customer. I am happy with the product though.

Received my order in a timely fashion

Received my order in a timely fashion. I was a bit skeptical as to how this overall experience might go, but was very satisfied with the overall experience. The only thing I think your business is lacking, is a ph. # to call and talk to someone when ordering. I also understand that this could drive up the price of the products due to having to fund this so maybe hiring someone to man a phone is not a good idea. Anyway, thanks for a "Hassle Free" transaction!

Quit trying to slip in shipping insurance charges.
I may have to return patio mat because it will not lie flat. Apparently it has been packaged for 15 years and may be distorted in shape. I've had it stretched out in the Florida sun for four days to no avail- it remains " crinkled". More to come.
In all, service has been fine-the product is problematic.

Ordering was simple and went well. However, I never did receive an email confirmation of shipping or a tracking number, which is very helpful to me since I live out in the boondocks and sometimes UPS will not deliver to me because of access problems with a lot of dirt road. So, sometimes I have to pick up my package at the closest town, which is over an hour away! So tracking number would have been very helpful in determining when to expect the package and if I was going to have to pick it up myself. But, everything worked out okay...they delivered it, we installed it and all is well. Thank you,

Your customer service rep is very helpful and pleasant! The transaction went smoothly with ordering. The shipping was quick, although until the day of delivery, it was impossible to tell it had even left the warehouse yet. There were 2-3/4" nuts missing that held on the Airbags, which prompted a 28 mile roundtrip to the local Auto parts store to be able to complete the project. Was not happy having to stop in the middle of the application to have to clean up and run to town to be able continue completion of the installation. I am sure you would have sent them, but by the time they would have arrived, I would have had my vehicle out of service for too long. Once I had purchased those nuts, I was able to complete the application and am very happy with the end results.

I would have preferred to talk to someone prior to placing order, since this is an old part number. Product was delivered quicker than expected. Which is a very good surprise because it is a heater we needed during winter months.

When buying products online, sometimes pics are misleading, I'd like to see more measurements on the product details. The details are lacking.
I can't use one item, due to this reason. The jack pads.
The vent cover I emailed about also did not have the measurements. Luckily your item number correlated to the part and I found the measurements on another website. But the other item is just too small, and the Pics are misleading.
I really need to exchange them, is that possible. It seems you have a very strict return policy.

I like to order by phone and was troubled when after failing to get my order through the first try, I could not talk to a human. The problem was mine ( failure to confirm). You forced me to do my first ever on line chat. For a 70 year old, it was a difficult learning curve. That being said, I've researched your prices and found them generally the best. Like the Terminator, I'll be back!

I find your shipping to be a bit steep.

Added comment:

Because of the size of the order AdventureRV called to confirm. However, we did not get their message until the next day. We had paid for expedited shipping in order to receive the products before the weekend but that didn't happen because of the delay. While we understand the theory behind the confirmation as being a security measure it did ruin our plans for the weekend. If nothing else we feel they should refund the extra shipping cost.

I ordered the wrong item

I ordered the wrong item. Email customer service was very helpful and timely with instructions on how to send the wrong item back and obtain the correct one. I was granted an exception to the policy for returning an expensive electrical item--but think the company should reconsider the blanket exclusion for returns on all electrical items, provided they are not used. I knew I had messed up when I opened the box and promptly returned the item to the box. Then contacted via email. A phone number would have been more helpful.

We repeatedly received a miss match address credit card information on check out when we know we entered the correct information several times using multiple credit cards. It would be helpful to have part numbers listed in the shopping card so that we can go back and search by part number. Very frustrating when we cleared out browser to try to get our payment through
