I tried to confirm three times, almost gave up to try shopping somewhere else. I found that if you use spaces as on your credit card number your company does not recognize the card. I had to figure it out. My time is more valuable than that.

A better idea of the delivery date would have made it a perfect experience. In fact, I paid a surplus fro 3-day shipping. I finally received my order 11 days after shipping confirmation because an appointment was necessary for delivery, which was nowhere mentioned when I ordered.

Outstanding Service. Item shipped same day I ordered it and was received in 2 days. The item that I purchased was exactly as described and was packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. I highly recommend this seller and have booked marked their website for future use.

The $1.00 donation option is NO until the last step in the ordering process, then it switches to YES. I don't care for that. Strikes me as underhanded. Also, it took me three separate tries to get the order to go through. Delivery, price and the product itself are excellent.

Difficulty with feedback from your system, difficulty with communicating via phone, menu confusing and difficult to get to a live person, otherwise, so far satisfactory.

Problem was with my entry of info, tour system did not provide guidance in terms of pointing out info required.

Although Joey was helpful, we were not able to identify required info immediately.

I had never ordered from this site before, but after finding their price for what I wanted was significantly less than the trailer parts site I have been frequenting, I chose to give it a shot. I am pleased with the price, the shipping cost, and fast delivery. I have placed a new order with adventureRV since for other items, which I also found to be competitively priced.

Model number hot water heater I needed to replace was obsolete, ordered it on low option delivery due to price but it got here very fast... sent by FEDEX. I will know more when I get it installed and see how it works.

I would like to think you for getting my order here in a timely manner. I've just installed the pump and it works great. When I need something for my camper again this is the place I'll be shopping at.

Follow up...package was delivered days before I anticipated and the contents were in good shape. The packaging left a little bit to be desired but no problems resulted. I have already recommended you to others and will be a returning customer.

I have never had a problem with any of my orders from Adventure RV, however on this order, I had it delivered to my workplace, but name was not on the address label. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This provider had the product I was looking for at a competitive price. Ordering was easy, the delivery time very short and I received just what I ordered. Can't beat that. I'd shop there again for applicable future needs.

It's very difficult with items like this to get the information needed so as to make an educated decision on whether or not your getting the proper merchandise and are able to feel guaranteed with the purchase, need qualified phone support.

Second order from Adventure in the past year. Both were easily completed. The website was great to navigate and virtually anything that might be needed by the RV'r is available. Orders ship quickly, arrive on time and in great condition. Unquestionably a great experience every time.

Had a little trouble finding where to go to find the part I needed, but I'm 73 years old------enough said. :) We received this part way ahead of the time we were told to expect it. It's the right part needed for our fridge--------we will definitely use Adventure RV again.
