Would like to give a zero star if this website allows it. Gage doesn't allow samplers on his website. Sample Label? K... no wonder your website is slowly dyeing its because they don't allow really good samplers like myself to be involved. I could make them more money then anyone else could, they turned me down. Good luck with this only sample label $#*! show.

I buy all of my sample packs and fxp serum packs here. ADSR has a lot of great content across all genres.

I love this site. Better prices and selection than their competitors (like primeloops). When you review packages you get discount codes and they also send you links (here and there) to pick up huge packs of sounds for unbelievable prices. I can't recommend them enough, they even have tutorials on the site for how to use certain instruments and hardware*

ADSR blistering people with facebook ads but don't purchase anything, I contacted them withing the hour as I don't have the full Kontakt software and could not use Aurora Choir as it only said "for kontakt" but it does NOT work with the Kontakt player. I had to open a pay pal case and they "Still" took my money.

I'm an experienced musician and recently made my first my first purchase at ADSR. When I paid and my order (it was digital) didn't arrive or show in my account even after several hours, I sent their support team an email. When a full day ended with no product serial I sent another email requesting they cancel my order. Three days after my purchase, after I put through a refund request with PayPal, their customer support person contacted me and refused to cancel my order. I asked to escalate the order and told them I was sharing my experience on website review sites. The support person's boss contacted me and offered a refund conditional on me taking down my negative review on Trust Pilot. I told him that I find that unethical, my refund shouldn't be conditional and I was going to update my reviews to share what he tried to do. I am currently awaiting PayPal making a decision. But friends, sometimes problems occur. You want to be confident you're dealing with a decent, trustworthy business. ADSR does not meet that criterion. It's worth noting that ADSR promises the following: Purchases are only eligible for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase." Clearly, my experience shows that they do not honor their stated policy.
