I'm an experienced musician and recently made my first my first purchase at ADSR. When I paid and my order (it was digital) didn't arrive or show in my account even after several hours, I sent their support team an email. When a full day ended with no product serial I sent another email requesting they cancel my order. Three days after my purchase, after I put through a refund request with PayPal, their customer support person contacted me and refused to cancel my order. I asked to escalate the order and told them I was sharing my experience on website review sites. The support person's boss contacted me and offered a refund conditional on me taking down my negative review on Trust Pilot. I told him that I find that unethical, my refund shouldn't be conditional and I was going to update my reviews to share what he tried to do. I am currently awaiting PayPal making a decision. But friends, sometimes problems occur. You want to be confident you're dealing with a decent, trustworthy business. ADSR does not meet that criterion. It's worth noting that ADSR promises the following: Purchases are only eligible for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase." Clearly, my experience shows that they do not honor their stated policy.
