This is an update to a negative review I recently gave to ADSR. Their Customer Support guy persisted in his assistance with me & we finally got the plug-in I had ordered to install correctly (I had to do an "offline" install for it to finally work). I'm not thrilled with how convoluted & esoteric (not to mention lengthy) the simple act of buying a plug-in was - but I understand that companies need to protect their property. ADSR was consistent & empathetic to my frustration & naivete' and never gave up with thoughtful suggestions.
