I have recovered my laptop but I had problems with UPS, I am sorry to say that UPS has very bad customer service, I was told that my package was being delivered at the end of the day with means in California should be 4-6 P.M. they came at 1:20 I ask them if they could bring my package back they refused to, so Friday I had to pickup the laptop myself.
The buying experience was satisfactory and the product has been excellent so far( MacBook 16" Pro). I was able to transfer most of my needed files to the MacBook Pro without any trouble.

Placed order 01-17-2020. Received UPS pkg with slide only. Immediately contacted customer service to notify that gimball was not delivered. Roxanne noted that weight of UPS pkg did not match weight it should have been, if both items were shipped. She was contacting warehouse to find missing gimbal. Every time I call they are still waiting to talk to Shipping manager. Frustrated by the run around! Ship me the gimbal asap or give me a prepaid pkg to return the slide, and give me a full refund. Horrible customer service!
I have placed multiple orders with Adorama over the years. Most recent was a Tamron 150-600 VC lens for Nikon, used. Arrived on great condition, reasonable time and works perfect tot.
Since Nikon provided a Z7 firmware upgrade to allow CFexpress memory cards, I ordered a 256GB card from Adorama. However, the 256GB card remained on backorder for an extended time. So I canceled that order and replaced it with an order for the 512GB card which was listed as in stock. The card arrived on time and works perfectly in my Nikon Z7 camera.
