So I was at the Adidas outlet picked up an Adidas Essential tshirt size Men's Medium which is the size I ALWAYS get in that specific tshirt. I get all the way home 3 hours away and it's HUGE. I measured it and it's bigger then the other mediums I own in that same shirt so it's been tagged wrong by Distribution. This is what happens when you have shirts made in NON SPEAKING English Countries and the worst part is when I call them they want me to drive 3 hours back to return it or I'm out $15.90!. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM ADIDAS!.

There was significant wear in the insole and heal and they were soiled with mud.
The shoes had been worn for at least a couple of weeks.
This was the last pair in stock so I could not get a replacement. Adidas offered me a refund as if they were doing me a favour with a 20% voucher off future purchases...

I purchased a yeezy item on 6/1 after waiting 8 days without any update I decided to cancel on 6/8.
There are only two options to contacting their customer service team through chat or phone.
Chat is useless and you have to wait over two hours to speak with someone on their team only for them to repeat a script and tell you how limited they are.
Their policy has nothing stating you are obliged to go through with purchasing the item. However after the yeezy raffle was concluded it says that you can only return if there is a defect. I no longer wish to purchase their item as their fulfillment times are longer than any retail store I had to purchase from yet this is a billion dollar company. Ridiculous!
I will be filing a complaint with all consumer outlets and reporting the transaction as Adidas is forcing me to keep this unwanted item.
Someone used my debit card for unauthorized purchases at Addidas. My bank contacted me and I immediately tried to contact Addidas but have been unsuccessful reaching anyone for any type of customer service. I called the phone number on the website only to stay on hold for 41 minutes before Addidas disconnected the call. The live chat option would not connect me to a human even though I reached out during business hours. I have not had any success reaching anyone connected to the company to alert them of this theft. I do not understand why a well known company has no means of customer contact for online purchases or complaints.
I opened the website to purchase new clothing after refusing to buy Nike and Under Armour due to their pride support and Dillan Mulvaney support. Addidas made the list with them. Not supporting companies that slam pride ads in my face anymore or support dudes parading around in insanity pretending to be women. This company does not support women any longer. I will buy else wear.
My son typed in running shoe. He saw a pair for 80 bucks and bought not realizing they are biking shoes instead. Size was not as expected and they would not give even store credit bc yes it was both parties mistake. His for not looking at full description and theirs for even having it under running shoes. So much for environmental concerns bc they said throw them away but wont take back and will only give 30% off regular price! Shame on you Adidas! You could of at least offer 50% and resale a shoe instead of adding to waste.

Ordered a gift card and got charged for it, but they won't send it to me. Showed documentation of the charge and everything and every single customer service representative refuses to resolve the issue. They actually hung up on me even. Horrible! Won't ever purchase adidas brand again.

I made an online purchase in Mar for an XS dress for my 5/yo. IT WAS WAYYYYYYYY to big. I returned the dress and here we are in May now and I still have yet to receive my return. I had purchased a shoe from Adidas and in a months time it got ripped. Raised a complaint but got No response from Service Team and finally had to throw away that shoe. Do not buy Adidas shoes its all fake it seems

Don't give them your details as they promised a discount if you do but then don't receive it. The item I was interested in was not sale item. You get a pop up stating if you sign up to Adidas you'll get a 10% discount and if you get a friend too sign up you'll get £10 off. I got neither as the item I wanted was apparently not included in that promotion. Only a £85 pair of trainers. Not an exclusive or expensive pair. My advice...don't give Adidas your private information as in the small print they worm their way out of any promised discounted offers. I held up my part of the deal. What about you Adidas?
I have been an active Adidas customer for over 35 years and when an item went missing ONE TIME they didn't even offer to contact the shipper or file a missing item report. I phoned FedEx and was told the item was not even traceable, meaning it is missing. I spend 300 to 600 each time I order from this company and I should have been reimbursed for the portion of the order that went missing. I am done with Adidas.
Placed an order in Oct for running shoes- exchanged for a larger size- shoe seam split in December and I provided documentation to support claim- claim accepted and approved for a return - but refund not issued. What followed was a nightmare -several customer service persons, acceleration to Supervisors- useless. April 3 no refund= reported to Capital One - Adidas lied about refund- good thing I have 17 pages of communication to support my claim. Do not try to contact Head Office in Woodbridge - total run around - no one answers the phone or can provide you with info. Packed up the claim I sent to Capital One and sent it c/o CEO Adidas Canada - Am waiting to here from Capital One and whoever ends up with my claim at Adidas.Adidas staff have no clue about their documentaion, return and refund process. Keep all your contact with them, they lie.Forgot to mention, they were willing to give me a double the amount over 300.00 gift card to resolve issue - NO - I want nothing more to do with Adidas give me my refund.
The adidas load spring backpack may be water resistant, but it doesn't last very long. I got mine in August 2022 and as of March 2023 some of the seams on the backpack started to tear. Kind of upsetting since this backpack costs about $60 USD and is not cheap. Get a back pack from some company other than adidas for those who need one for work or school.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
