I have tenancy contract with ADCP last two years on a row and i still not received my Tawtheeq yet. Every time during renewal they says contact after one/two months for the same and it never made ever. Every month i am visiting thier office multiple time it is completely time waste. They always says the owner did not submitted some documents and that is the reason my tawtheeq is still under process. All the cheques clears on time for a few days delays they did not forget to charge me fine but when i go multiple time for the contract documents it's never ready. My next renewal is due in a month period if this is not sorted i don't know what is the solution. Such a big reputed company is so careless not match UAE standard at all.
Visited to adcp for new lease contract. Waited hours to catch to token number. Only one counter is working. Employees are drinking tea, eating their food and walikg up and down. Coustemers are waiting hours for their turn. We are giving our money and waiting for employees time.
This much bad management i didnot experience before
The Head of the Broker Department, Anoud, exhibits the worst attitude, taking everything personally and acting highly unprofessionally. Due to a simple mistake where we sent an email twice, she became angry and blocked our company from working with ADCP. We have been collaborating with ADCP since 2018, and during that time, Charmaine managed the department with utmost professionalism. However, since Anoud took over the Broker Department, her behavior has been unprofessional and immature. She blocks and bans real estate agents over minor mistakes, even after multiple apologies, purely based on her mood. This level of unprofessionalism and personal vendettas is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the department.

Worst ever from 6 months im waiting my tenancy contract keep on sending email and calling but the contract they sending is old contract.

I have been a user of the ADCP company for the past decade yet over the last six months it has completely downgraded. The last three strikes took me off completely. It takes more than one week to get an inspection from the staff and two of our calls to the customer service had ended up being unanswered. This upsets us very much, even to this day no callback. Makes us feel completely disrespected considering how much we trust them to ensure a safe and fixed environment at our abode.
If I can give zero stars I would do it, I contacted maintenance couple if times to fix apartment before I move in and I had to move in and I did the maintenance for the apartment.

If you go to there office they say we have not started our shift. No one ready to help rude people.
I want to have a early termination of my contract. But they guy who Handles the department he from (Sudan) and it seems like he don't like to work. If you go to him he will say just send email they will reply.

They save their money at the expense of the convenience of the tenant,There are some types of maintenance that are necessary and should not be neglected, I might cancel my contract with them because of their negligence
I was resident of ADCP building in Abu Dhabi.
They are with big name but unprofessional not responding your mails and calls. They hold my Deposit of AED 5000/- and now ignoring to return I have given them house in good condition than what they have handover me on my first day.
They have no reason to deduct anything from my deposit major so now they send me one sweet email of deductible of AED 150. + Taxes. When I asked them reason they don't feel bother to respond now. I had trust in the company I was ready to pay heavy deposit but now am suffering to get it back. Shame on you ADCP for hiring such unfair employees they are ruining your company names. Please look into this.
I d like to express my experience with ADCP. Concerning the treatment, the reception and achieving my whole new flat contract, I want to really thank so much Mr. Ameen Al Sharafi. For his help and quick finish every thing in less than one hour. He is so kind, and professional doing his job.
If you want to rent from adcp take a look on the vaccate section and the legal department in the bank and see people suffering there. Very easy to rent very hard to vaccate. You will almost always lose a lot of money if you vaccate otherwise you will have many trips to court. They depend on the fact that must pay a lawyer but they have a lawyer
Requesting for a copy of tenancy contract for more than two weeks now. Requested through portal, e-mailed on a daily basis to contact adcp mail ID and also called the customer service desk. No positive response yet
ADCP show poor response towards tenant maintenance requests and they will put all these accumulated maintenance on their properties on tenants head when they are vacating. A new tenant must vigilantly raise complains in email with supporting photos.
Never rent building with ADCP, I am not posting this out of any frustration. I am posting this here after multiple serious failures of maintenance. Even power failure, Short circuit, AC down, everything will be treated normal, though they say will treat on priority. At last I escalated this to their HO officials and still no response
The delays and non-responsive approach is causing hardship to tenants & this are ending up in tenants loosing on the deposit refunds & penalties. We know it is challenging time & lower market demand due to this pandemic but ADCP should also remember that we as tenants are also more affected by loss of job & salary cuts across the industry. Hope ADCP takes appropriate steps to improve on their customer service & avoid further hardships to the tenants.
I cannot recommend any one to this real estate. They have poorest facility management procedure. 2 years this real estate collected municipality fee for me but did not pay to municipality. Sent numerous emails and calls and they keep promising to refund the money. Almost 3 months i have not received the money for my 2 years municipality fee in their holding
If you want to save your self from stress, please dont transact with them. Rhey will use your refund for nonsense reason. They are slow in processing everything especially your refund. I already vacate the flat almost 3 weeks now. They said they will redund my money once the inspection report is reasy. But until this time they are telling the inspection report is not ready. They used my refund. And they keep holding my remaining 5 cheques with them. Eventhough im no longer renting their flat. Almost everyday i keep doing follow-up with contact center, and even cisiting the office personally. Still no good response yet. I am really upset and dissappointed with their service. They dont even deserve 1 star in this review because of the stressful experience they are giving to their leasie.

It been more than seven days as of today, I have registered a complaint of water leak in my apartment. Till now I have not received any call or nobody came and rectified the leak.
The leak is still happening, if this lead any electrical short circuit happens and any causalities may happen due gto this, ADCP will be solely responsible for that.
I have called several times to ADCP contact number, always holding the line for more than 30 minutes and no response. I am trying register my online portal and it shows the information entered is in correct.
Even no star at all they are no.1___! Getting deposit of tenants. Charging even no damage and delaying inspection aside of penalty even u are not overstay they charge it.
They are theives. I rented with them and regretted badly. To close agreement I have to travel from home country to them, loosing money and time. Now my deposit refund which they agreed after cheating some money they r not giving to me. This is my worst ever experience of renting with anyone. I would never recommend anyone to rent with them and face extreme difficulty which I faced.
Answer: Since I was a Tanent, I have tried all the possible ways but they made me speechless by their Services. They simply ignore you in a way that you will feel shameful.
