Revoked my access after I paid for the lifetime access with below details: Date & Time: 10:18 GMT, Sept 17,2009. Amt: USD: 99.00. After providing the details, they say the transaction id is not found in their records. The access was given to me since Sept 17,2009 and now they revoked and saying this story. Its a clear evidence of cheating the customer and its a bugging scam.

It doesn't matter even if you provide proof as I have done so and they have gone silent and still have not restored my access. I purchased a lifetime membership almost 10 years ago and I kept the receipt from PayPal. I had the same difficulty with them taking away my access thinking it was a mistake only for them to require proof. Their exams often had errors in the content and shouldn't be considered brain dumps. Their exams did offer a means to study similar questions but ultimately you really should know the content and never rely on a site like actualtests.com to give you exact answers. Their business practices are complete garbage and not very forthright. I would have had more respect for their company if they would have simply put up a sign that said, "sorry suckers". Just stay away.
I paid them money sometime ago and they allowed to me login but blocked any downloads of Exams.
When complained, they just ignore you and do not respond after many attempts. Its fake do not pay them any money.
As stated above by many others. Lifetime access isn't actual lifetime access. They have now removed my access for no reason. I paid for a lifetime membership it should be lifetime. Not when they decide its time to purge.
I've purchased a lifetime access package in actualtests.com around 12 years ago. But on my last login I cannot access any material on it. When contacting customer support they said they do not have my payment record and deny my access and request me to show the receipt or payment record to them to reactivate my account.
I had a lifetime membership from all the way back in 2005. ActualTests revoked my access demanding for proof of payment. I provided proof, and no response after following up again. Then the emails started bouncing back days after. I cc'd to both Sales and Support. They do not offer help or feedback. My account mysteriously got deleted or revoked. Actualtest will not offer any help to find my account. Thieves! Do not subscribe or give them your money.
Actual test has old test bank that do not help anyone
I had contact via email to their support center so they could upgrade old test bank. Their respond to me was aggravate. (you need additional sources) that was their respond for them having old test bank that do not even have the current version of the cert test.
I brought the CWNA multiple choice exams and am finding at least 10% of their answers are wrong. Also, there are a number of questions duplicated, with different answers! Says it all.
Heed the number of bad reviews and do not buy.
I had lifetime access back around 2000, and it was ok. Just pdf files full of brain dumps, only as accurate as the dumper. Good as a leg up on studying. In 2020, I find that my lifetime access doesn't work any more, so I figured 20 years was good enough so I forked over $149 for lifetime access again. This time, the certs they are advertising access to simply do not exist. They have the logos on their website, but once you gain access you realize it is just a shell of a site with only a couple of. Pdf files available. I wasted $149, they absolutely do not have the inventory of files that they claim to have. Now I have a pending $149 charge on my debit card from homg kong and have to call my bank on Monday and see if there is any way that I can get out of it. Again, actualtests used to provide access to a bunch of. Pdf files but now they are selling access to an empty warehouse. SCAM ALERT!
Purchased a lifetime membership with actualtests back in 2008. I have used Actualtests through this year (2017). When I login this last quarter, the lifetime membership is removed with a one year subscription. I plan to report it to the state and federal government.
They take your money and when you need them they are not there. I renewed my study engine and it would not load. They took my money. The product didn't work and they would not return my emails. I turned them in for fraud
I had access since 2007. They cancelled my access in 2016. I had to call them to restore which they did. Now Again in 2017 they cancelled my access and will not restore even after I provided them the original invoice from 2007.
After years of having a account, my account access magically disappeared. I have no receipt, who the hell keep receipt adter 7 years. I did have a lifetime membership. I am unable to get any response from the company. Something is broken... time to move along.
I subscribed a lifetime access in 2008. Months ago, I tried to access some exam database and found my access right had been revoked for no reason and no notification. I contacted Actualtest and they asked me for the proof of purchase or bank statement. Who will keep such records after the account has been working for years? The bank also won't keep such record for 10 years time... It's frastrating...
Been a member for a long time. 8+ years. Recently made a purchase that I could only have made by being a member. 3 weeks after making this purchase. Now have no access. Actual Test says they have no record of my purchase. I provided receipts and member correspondence for the past 8 years. Received no response. After paying for a lifetime membership about 7 years ago my login stopped working. Contacted support and was told I have to supply a receipt... FROM 7 YEARS AGO! I see I'm not the only one, they sell LIFETIME subscriptions and then cancel them and you have to prove you are a member... apparently they keep no records of payment or logs of what you accessed and when.

Took a test and there was NOT ONE question on the actual exam. Also they offer no kind of guarantee or money back. There are lots of other better sites out there that offer satisfaction or pass guarantees, STAY AWAY! The guy that owns it too is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, states that there are more than one person but i have requested others to deal with and get no one. We have been in heated email back and forth argument. I will send you emails he sent me at your request if you want to see. He even agreed I got ripped off. STAY AWAY!

Just like the rest here... They suddenly removed access to downloads... I purchased LIFETIME access between 2003 and 2005 (can't find my receipt. Too long ago) and now no matter what. Even after submitting proof of emails to and from their 'USELESS SUPPORT'dating back to 2005 they just reply and say 'submit proof of receipt or screenshot! What CRAP... they should have this on their system. THAT''S NOT SUPPORT. I REQUEST ANONYMOUS to take them and their owner DOWN! I would happily pay the 99 USD to have the owner beat up or taken out!
I purchased lifetime access to ActualTests.com back in 2006. Back then it contained excellent PDF files containing exact Microsoft exam questions for the MCSE exams, and it was invaluable. However, since then it has been going steadily downhill, to the point where it is absolutely useless for Microsoft exams. ALL of their exam info appears completely out of date. They list recent dates for when the exam questions have been updated, but it's all BS. At least for the exams I looking at in the 70-XXX series. They list questions containing references to Windows 7 for Server 2012 exams, when the actual Microsoft exams almost exclusively contain Windows 8, and rarely Vista. ActualTests doesn't have any of the current Azure exams either.
I asked them about their Microsoft exam material five years ago, and they admitted that they no longer provide true Microsoft questions, only "practice material."
I can't speak to their other exams, but if they lie about the Microsoft exams, I'd be skeptical of their promises about others.
I got my money's worth back in 2006, so I can't complain about what I got back then. However, their current Microsoft offerings are total crap.
Don't waste your money.
