I purchased "Unlimited Lifetime Access Package" on March 10,2006. It stopped working that I found when I try to get the packaged after logging in. I reported the issue to customer service via email "*******@actualtests.com". But they are claiming that they didn't find my account, so asking me buy package again. I have my email confirmation that I purchased on March, 2006. They still said that they can't find my invoice, so they can't help me. This is very unfair.
