Hi - am planning to purchase the actual exam for PHR, i thought to go through some of customer reviews, most of them provided negative feedback. Im wondering is actual exam gives you same questions of the questions that we are expecting t have in the PHR exam. Will you be able to provide more information about the mechanism on the exam? If its just practices for the exam than their is too many website provides it for free.

NO. They say you will have access for a "lifetime" but when they think you will not be able to produce proof of purchase, (they wait a few years) they cancel your access and demand another payment.
There message reads:

Unless you send us payment confirmation e-mail with transaction ID in it or credit card statement with our charge, we cannot track your purchase.
