if I take subscription so will usable for all dumps and for lifetime..?

NO. They say you will have access for a "lifetime" but when they think you will not be able to produce proof of purchase, (they wait a few years) they cancel your access and demand another payment.
There message reads:
Unless you send us payment confirmation e-mail with transaction ID in it or credit card statement with our charge, we cannot track your purchase.
