I have used numerous infusion pumps in my years and this one is by far staffs favorite. Bedside pumps are at a premium these days and so are budgets.
I ordered an X-ray unit, specifically the one I was looking for. It was extremely late upon arrival and when it finally arrived it was a much older version, not the same unit at all! I didn't even remove the unit from the box due to several parts, including ones to actually set it up, were missing along the instructions and user guidelines. I tried to contact Angie and expressed my dissatisfaction, but return service was terrible and unacceptably late, almost like they try to push past the 30 day return policy. When I finally spoke with Angie to return this item I didn't order, she stated she filed the return receipt, but never ordered the return label so after several more days I had to contact them again for the labels. I sent the unit back in it's original packaging, it arrived in 24 hours. 11 days later, I received a phone call and email stating I didn't get my money back because it was damaged, I asked for proof and they won't provide it. They never intended to refund my money and they Bait and Switched" and gave me a non functioning unit with several parts missing! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Haven't opened it yet but the package looks great (lol) and the online experience was easy and fast. Will update this if I need to!
Unit arrived a day beyond the commitment, however it was FedEx's fault. Unit appears new. Thank you for the peace if mind!

We had a benchtop centrifuge repaired and refurb'd in September and have so far been very pleased with how it arrived back to us.
They did good. Clave is still running and has been for about a year now. Let's see how it holds up now that the warranty is run off.

I was sent a $700 cardiac monitor for free. It wasn't ordered. When I tried to send it back, I was told my call wasn't valuable to them, but I could chat online. After 20 minutes of accomplishing nothing on chat I quit. A month later I realized that one of my cardiac monitors previously ordered had the wrong BP cuff so i decided to call again hoping to give back this free $700 machine if they would send me the BP cuff that actually matched the monitor that I did buy. Same thing. Wouldn't take my call so tried the online chat. You know, the one where they ask a question, take 12 minutes to respond, then ask another question that you had already answeered and then take another 12 minutes to respond? So i closed that down and sent a email. My reply was "sorry, the warranty doesn't cover the BP cuff." WTF. I wasn't asking about a warranty, i wanted the actual bP cuff that was meant to go with the machine I did order and if they would be so nice as to give me what they owed me, then I would make the effort to give them back their monitor that I didn't pay for. Oh well, anyone want a Welch Allyn Propac monitor with printer? I don't need it and evidently Acme doesn't either.
It took me literally months to find a working autoclave for my clinic at an "affordable" price point. I heard of ACME through a colleague and spoke with one of their representatives through their website about a Pelton & Crane Delta XL. I was hesitant about ordering but they were very receptive to my questions and I was able to get the unit for basically half off the new price... I needed the 10" chamber size and it; s saved us time. There was a brief transit delay because of FedEx issue but I am overall happy with my autoclave and the service received.
The gentleman on chat helped me with an issue I was having for a device we didn't buy from them. Our UK support from the manuf was useless.
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
