Shipped my Fluke in last week and got it back today. Was remarkably cheap ($45 an hour) and quick. They kept me updated every step of the way via a custom link.

I received a 5-star sewing machine purchase, but their lack of phone support upsets me. Therefore four stars. Some people like to talk on the phone-- answer it.

Instead of nearly $4,200 with the Reichert rep we got this one for nearly $1,300 less. If it isn't new I will never know! Richard was great in helping me checkout.

I ORDERED 4 DIALYSIS MACHINES FOR $15,760.11 BACK ON 8/17/22. ACME REVIVAL KEPT DELAYING THE SHIPPING DATE FOR MONTHS. ONCE I CANCELLED THE ORDER THEY SAID I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. MONTH LATER STILL NOTHING AND WILL NOT CONTACT THEIR MERCHANT OR SEND ME MY MONEY. I NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT FROM THEM AND THEY AREN'T COOPERATIVE WITH MY REFUND, ACME REVIVAL HAS COMMITTED FRAUD AND GRAND LARCENY. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Richard just might be the highlight of this company. His talent and dedication to his craft is undeniably why I keep returning. Please give this man a raise.

I ordered a sewing machine on the 24th of March that was given a specific date of delivery when i ordered it. On Mar 28th i rec'd email that my "Order Is In Queue To Ship". On Mar 31 "Your Item Is Preparing To Ship" THEN on April 11th i rec'd this: "This delay is a result of an accessory or ancillary system being delayed from the manufacturer or one of our networked partners. Although we are working around the clock to fulfill your device order, the item(s) in your order may not be shipped for up to 4 more business days." Apr 19th we sent email asking the status & rec'd this: "At this time I do show that the fulfilling facility is still awaiting necessary preventive maintenance ancillaries direct from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the order hasn't been assigned a shipment date and tracking number yet, but we should have updates for you in the next 2-3 days." the only thing timely has been the billing of my credit card. I want a refund if you are not going to ship this NOW.

Our research lab's specialized equipment needed delicate handling. Acme Revival's technicians showed outstanding proficiency and respect for our work. Their repair service is top-notch and reliable.

Ordered a rotor for my eppendorf but somehow had the wrong mount on my centrifuge so couldn't use it. Their support guy helped me find the right wench and we got it mounted.

Our hospital's critical diagnostic machine broke down, and we were in dire straits. Acme Revival didn't just repair it; they upgraded it. Professional, timely, and lifesaving.

Amelia saved my day when she helped me get my order held so I could get it just in time. She called my local UPS store stayed on chat with me the whole time. Give that girl a raise ;)

Our thermal imagers required repairs, and Acme Revival performed exceptionally. They now function flawlessly, thanks to their excellent service.

All 12 devices arrived in a like-new mint state a day early even. This is not new equipment, but I'm not sure you'd ever know. Highly recommend for a clinic just starting out in these times.

Despite UPS messing up the delivery, all turned out fine in the end and we're glad we made the purchase. Their 14 day return policy pressured us to get it installed faster than we wanted to.

Just after we decided not to renew our servicce contract with ZEISS, our visual field machine goes down! ZEISS wanted over $3,000 to repair something ACME did for less than $1,000. Unbelievable what they can get away with. Happy to have found this resource with ACME..

Sent in an old monitor that was part of our critical equipment. Acme Revival repaired it perfectly. Works like a charm now. Great job!

Dropped a rotor and cracked the wench mount and needed a new one. Thermo wanted $2,000 for what was $300 on Acme. Absolute nonsense for a piece of tough plastic.

Ended up selling my pill counter to them for more than what the manuf offered in trade-in. It overall was a simple process and they arranged the shipping.

Richard's help today should not go unnoticed. After fussing at him for something he couldn't control, I found the issue to be my mistake. He continued to be gracious, kind, and patient with me.
