My repair was easy the entire way with Acme Revival. The software online showed me the status whenever I needed it and no log-ins or account info needed.

Got it and all is okay but they no send tracking for five days after order. Not way to call just chat online and is not good way to communicate with something that matter so much."

Richard (S) helped us sort a matter pertaining to a device we purchased outside of warranty. He saved us valuable time and money and did not insist we send it back in like the manufacturer did.

They brought our frequency modulators back to life. Quick turnaround and reasonable price. Happy with their service.

Please beware of this company! They do not have a number to call. You have to speak online to someone and then will get a call back. They send defective products! I received my machine in dysfunctional order and missing parts! They had no online troubleshooting. They don't even know how to work the instrument and they immediately wanted me to send it back. I don't have time for that. I need my machine. I wanted to return it. They then said it was rejected for return because it was damaged in shipping. For one, I do not know if it was done in shipping or after they received it. And two, it already didn't work!. For returning, they wanted me to transport this extremely heavy machine to UPS to be shipped. I can't do that and a good company would not ever ask this of their customers! I advise against purchasing anything from this company! There are plenty more companies out there that have much better equipment. Now we have to take legal action to get a refund. If I could give zero stars I would!

Just a s/o to Amy today on chat that saved the day. Not sure how UPS is still in business but she got it figured out in a minute. Took UPS customer service an hour to tell me they couldn't find it.

Got it in time and cleared customs quickly. Opened up today and all good and already setup without issues right now. Now just need speak French for next the time!

Nice shaker. Well packaged. Angie was helpful getting it ordered. Would preferred an overnight shipment option. And FedEx rarely seems to deliver on-time.

Acme repaired centrifuge for us very well and it was great experience. Was not expensive and work was good. Will use next time as long as prices is still good.

They received my broken electronics, took my money based on their repair estimate, held the unit for months, finally returned the unrepaired unit, and have not refunded my money.

My advice: do not buy anything from ACME.
I ordered - and paid for in full - a refurbished air compressor for my dental office.
Communication was strange - no phone calls, only emails or a chat.
The order was placed on 9/23/22, and they told me the air compressor would arrive between 10/1 and 10/10.
I received updates informing me that my air compressor was being prepared to ship, but as 10/1 approached it still hadn't shipped. Finally, on 10/6, I asked ACME when the air compressor would be shipped, as it obviously wouldn't be delivered by 10/10 at that point.
It was on 10/6 they informed me that my order had been cancelled, that they would not be able to fill the order and that a refund was being processed. They advised me it could take 3-7 days, depending on my bank. Depending on my bank? I have a Chase Visa, and I have never had a refund take longer than 1-2 days to be executed.
Needless to say, it has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received a refund yet, I haven't heard anything from ACME.

Sent equipment in for repair and was returned without being fixed. Company will not refund. Using excuse that address is wrong and can't mail refund. Address is not wrong. Do not use this company.

As an arcade owner, finding someone who can repair old machines is tough. Acme Revival has been a game-changer. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I never thought I'd find someone to fix our custom industrial oven. Acme Revival's team was not just skilled but also understood the urgency. Exceptional work and customer service.

Arrived Christmas Eve…when it was suppose to arrive the 22nd. Not sure who's fault but made for a rushed plan. Would advise ordering early. Or at least earlier.

Lyn did everything she could last week to help me get my pump by my due date. It arrived just in time and forever thankful.

Not sure how they made it look like this but glad they did. It went from rust and filth to almost new. Will use their repair service again.

We were thinking of purchasing a new generator as Honda said ours was "obsolete". Were told about ACME REVIVAL and the did a great job. Looked like new when we got it back.

Horrible. Absolute scam.
Do NOT buy anything. Approved and received my return but never refunded my money.
