For a used auto-clave the chamber is very clean and they replaced all the filters. Reservoir was clean as well and trays weren't bad either.

When I call customer service, their computer recognizes my phone number and I'm told that based on what they anticipate I'm calling about, I'm not allowed to speak with a rep, but I can send emails. Since I was calling to tell them that they sent me an extra cardiac monitor valued at $600, I figured they must not care to get it back, so just left it at that. The next call I made was regarding a machine that I did pay for. It did not have a connection for a BP cuff, and since it was a patient monitor, that's pretty important. I got the same response to my phone call, so I started emailing. I was first told that the cuff wasn't warrantied. I said that the problem wasn't the cuff it was that the machine had no connection for the cuff. After emailing back and forth for 2 weeks, they again denied the claim, so I was stuck with a new, but useless cardiac monitor. Luckily the monitor fell off of the IV pole and broke. They do cover accidental damage, so I was able to return it then. I have no idea when I'll be getting the replacement. In the meantime, I ordered another cardiac monitor to replace the one that will probably take 3 months to return. 3 days after my order, I received an emal stating my order was canceled at their discretion. They send out junk and when you try to get it fixed they identify you as a problem purchaser and deny you the ability to purchase in the future. Let me also say that I had bought multiple IV pumps from them in the past, so I wasn't a one time shopper. The entire time that I was getting screwed over by these guys, each eamil had the slogan "100% satisfaction isn't just my goal, it's my job." What a joke. I would never recommend Acme Revival.
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
