I purchased two medical devices from Acme Revival for a total of over $13,000. Both items were defective and when they were returned to the company, they never refunded my money and kept the equipment! I was sent an email saying they were having difficulty refunding me my money due to problems with their payment processor "Stripe". They said to try to get a refund from my credit card...the only problem is that I was told to do this after the time frame when the credit card could issue me a refund. So here I am...no equipment and $13,000 less money in my pocket.
Our specialized cameras required urgent repairs, and Acme Revival came through impressively. They provided excellent service and delivered top-notch quality work. We highly recommend their services for anyone needing reliable camera repairs.
We had an eppendorf Spectrophotometer repaired last month by ACME and was really impressed not only with the actual repair, but with with the cosmetic touches that were added to basically make the unit appear new. The new logo lettering they put on the front of the unit looked better than the original. The unit was returned to us within the 14 day time mark and in the best shape its been in well over 10 years.
Acme Revival is a horrible criminal like company. I shipped an oven timer for repair. They said no problem.is is 75.00 diagnostic fee. They never contacted me until months later. Told me I owe 500.00 in storage fees and could not fix the device. This company uses extortion and black mail to get you to pay for something that was never agreed upon. They never answer the phone and will not return my device. Steer clear. It is an extension of the 1970's mob.
I bought an infusion pump, and it was not functional. I tried to call them, no answer no life customer service. Finally I returned it to be replaced or refunded. All communication by emails and up till now 2 months, i do not know what is the results
Firstly let me say this— this company needs phone support. Secondly, they were able to locate our lost package quickly however again, could have been quicker had there been someone to call instead of "chat" with online.
Needed a pulse ox for my daughter who has epilepsy. Watched and looked at different ones for two weeks. Visited their page more than once and noticed that their inventory went from 2 to 1 left at a good price. Finally decided to purchase. Didn't receive an emailed invoice and then 3/4 days later receive an email stating that they no longer have the product. Except they do... they just have it up on the website marked up at double the price. This company seems to be a scam. Wouldn't buy from them EVER.
We ordered a new film processor for our small, low-volume dental lab in mid-December. It finally arrived last week however with the holidays and they're so called "holiday volume delays" it wasn't delivered until three days after their commitment date. We had clinical two days without it when were expecting it and that set us back. It did however arrive looking great, and was easy for our lab tech to install.
In expanding to a secondary location we decided to go entirely online and purchase used to ease budgets. Before I go into some of the things I didn't like about acme, everything arrived on-time and in very good to great condition. From the other vendors we used, they are much more streamlined and reliable. That being said, there are a few things that would have made our experience better. Firstly, when buying multiple quantities on the website, it would send the price up-- and if we needed to purchase additional units in the following week, we would have to typically pay the increased price. Second, I would have preferred to have been able to talk with a person on the phone quicker than a 10 minute hold time. YES- they're chat is helpful and quick, however it's just not my style. Finally, keep in mind that there is no install option or training service. Once arrived, it was all up to us to get it running- which was fine, but different from what we were used to with others.
The vendor falsely advertised a dental microscope as the newer generation but it is actually a much older version that I cannot use. I have contacted them many times in the past few days to cancel but they never responded to my request to cancel. Calling their support number leads to no help since they asked me to message them online, and no one responded to me for the last 3 days and they continue to try to ship the item to me. They already took the $8800 from my credit card account. This is FRAUD.
*Look at the original picture of the product posted on the website and then when I asked them to send me a picture of the actual unit, they are completely different.
I ordered an AED; they charged my card without shipping it, a violation of Visa rules. Sent me a series of emails claiming the product was being prepared for shipping. Nearly three weeks later, long after it was supposed to be delivered, I complained. They cancelled my order without explanation. Basically just borrowed a few hundred dollars from me for free. I see many similar complaints. Stay away.
I am an elderly lady that was able to place order online but had difficulty getting it out of the box and installed. I understand now that installation service are not something they offer. Had I known that up-front I do not think I would have made the purchase.
Unprofessional. Before ordering, I contacted a sales representative Lyn to confirm it was in stock. Once transaction was complete, I recieved N email saying order cannot be fulfilled, no stock. Web base still show they have 9 in stock. I missed out on another purchase elsewhere as it was a flash sale. I would stay clear from this website.

I sent an email & photos yesterday showing how the wrong & not a Husqvarna ankle is the wrong one. It's too large and consequently the entire mechanism is ruined. The needle goes into the ankle. I was going to try my ankle but the screw is as tightbas a lug nut. The balance wheel squeaks. An absolute disaster purchase. I have taken pictures and I'll reassess this review when I'm a happy customer.
Paid for a $3000 sterilizer from them on Sept 22. Got confirmation that the sterilizer was in the queue to be shipped and would get it between September 28 and October7. After 8 emails and numerous empty promises that it was being sent out the next day the order was cancelled BY THEM with no satisfactory explanation. So three weeks have gone by during which procedures have been cancelled and I have to find another sterilizer somewhere. Very untrustworthy company. I would never order anything from them

Sent a Hearing Screener to them for supposedly 5 day repair. ACME sent email that they had evaluated unit and could repair for $511.00 dollars. Money was deducted from account and finally after three weeks received email that unit was repaired and being shipped. Received unit a week later with notations on shipping box that item was not repaired. Screener removed and it still has the original error. Contacted ACME through email since they won't answer phone number about returning the 511.00 dollars and emailed back that they would check on it. Almost 2 weeks now and still no reply after sending a couple more emails to them.

Acme Revival fixed our control panel which was malfunctioning due to a burnt circuit. Their service was prompt and efficient. Definitely recommend them.
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
