When (old faithful) our 2003 puff tonometer hit the fan our walk-in clinic was forced to make a quick decision. We were quoted new devices that we simply couldn't afford for a non-profit and so we shopped the used market. Expecting a dirty second hand or third hand unit we bought one from ACME. To our surprise the unit was sparkling clean and worked great.

Tried to order items multiple times and weeks later I would get an email stating my order was canceled no no reason. Reached out to company but they couldnt tell me either. Weird! At least they didnt steal my money I suppose. Company is a joke, I went with Victori Medical Supplies and they were responsive and easy to work with so far.
I say borderline scam because I did receive a machine, but it was 1) missing advertised included BP cuff 2) incomplete power adapter cord 3) a battery that won't hold a charge. I let them know of the issues days after receiving it. They created a "ticket" for the issues. No word for 3 weeks. I reach out to check on the status. They say those items were not suppose to be included (as is it is non functional due to the power cord issue). I say it is unusable and want to return it. They say it is beyond the 2 week return window. Ugh, BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a device that was never received. I contacted UPS who opened a claim and it was determined that the package was lost. They referred me back to Acme who refused to assist me with reordering or refunding. They have my money and I have no product. This is very unprofessional.
Acme Revival is a great idea and a well thoughtout ecomm platform. It is not the typical or generic sell/repair company I've had experience with in many years past. Although you get assigned an account representative now, there is little knowledge (about specific devices) held by the people you're able to talk to on the phone and their digital platform takes the place of all ordering processes and support dealings. In my two dealings I've gotten exactly what I ordered and was pleased however future customers should understand that they're dealing with a tech company and not the ma/pap asset dealers. There is no hand holding for when you receive your complicated machine.
ACME did a wonderful job repairing a burn relay controller that fell. The plastic housing had broken in numerous places, and they were able to "weld" it back together by recreating the supports that held it together. Hard to tell it was even repaired. They did a great job.
We purchased an xray machine from them with a 2 year extended warranty. It arrived with missing parts that our tech had to source and install. 1.5 yrs later after very light usage, it stopped working. I tried to open a warranty claim but all I received were templated responses. They didn't even bother to troubleshoot or collect more information. Just an out right denial.
We have an old Pelton & Crane Omniclave that was on its last leg. Had met multiple reps about a new for thousands of dollars) but has heard from a colleague about Acme doing repairs and refurbishments. Sent in our unit and within about 3 days they had it done. Wa expecting just the problem to be fixed, but received the unit back look like NEW. Our equipment was painted, and the chamber was sparkling. The whole process costs less than $500.
Had a great experience working with Richard to find our new AED per a new law that was recently enacted. We had to have two different capabilities on each floor and he looked through all the docs I sent him and told which one's he would recommend.
We have old Zeiss visual field that no one else would repair. ACME repaired in 2 weeks and saved lots of money instead of buying new onee. They also clean yellow off and restore to white look. Also screen no longer look damage. Very happy to have this otpion. Please give them five stars and my thanks.
On January 12 we purchased a Verathon bladder scanner and had it shipped from across the world (USA). Concerned with the border process our fears weren't realized and all arrived safe and sound without any duties paid at time of importation. They made the process easy. Still surprised we weren't able to find a used bladder scanner closer but modern logistics saved the day.
I purchased a Zimmer ATS 2000 tourniquet form them. Owned it for 2.5 months and used it twice and the battery fail light came on. They have a 1 year warranty so i did a warranty claim. Guess what, Battery is not covered. There is no one to call and talk to about issues. The online live chat is worthless. The couldn't connect me to a service person or manager. I wouldn't spend a dime with these people again
Had a hiccup with my Dexis Platinum—no warranty luck with DEXIS. Shoutout to the acme squad! Power's on, but it kept yelling, "No Dexis Platinum sensor found." Plug and nada! They dug in, found the glitch, and fixed it lightning-fast. Super stoked on the speedy vibe and pro fix. Big five stars for these tech wizards!
DO NOT USE ACME! I sent my sensor to this company for repair, they said I would receive a price estimate and would need to approve it before they began. They sent the estimate and began work before I gave my approval. They then sent the sensor back, but it was a completely different one than I sent. They assured me it was mine but I showed photo proof so they would believe me. They then sent back my sensor and what began as an internal issue had changed, as the whole outside was broken off into pieces. They claimed that this is how they received the sensor initially, but it was shipped in bubble wrap. Now the company is refusing to fix the problem they made. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed, but after my experience I know that is a COMPLETE LIE!

I purchased a new anestheisa machine with the photo showing what I was buying. Theres nobody to call for help. It came 2 months late and was a totally wrong machine (and old dirty trash model). The stretcher I ordered came with literally no wheels. It does pump up or down. Pretty nuts. Am in the process of trying to return... nobody to help me. Sure ill just print a label and swing this 400 pound anesthesia machine to fed ex. This is outrageous.
I purchased a refurbished machine for our clinic back in nov 2023 and by Jan 2024 it stopped working. It's May 21,2024 and I am still trying to get my warranty processed. This company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I went through their claim process and 3 months later there is still no response. They only have 1 email which is *******@acmerevival.com and they do not respond to it. I am now sitting with a $1700 machine that does not work and no response from them.
I have tried their chat and they make note of what I am say and claim someone will reach out via email but no one ever follows up. I email for a follow up and no response. You call their number *******452 and they require a representative's extension (yet no one ever gives you one) to proceed with a representative if not they send you back to their chat and sometimes the chat is not open, just the same wait time all day.
I am starting to believe this company does not exist in the US and probably is just an exchange of equipment platform with no real people. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these guys to not do it and go with a company that has real humans who will support you when you need your warranty covered.
Worked with a gal named Cindy on chat earlier last week that helped get our package out of a stuck UPS hub from the NW ice storm. Haven't opened our device yet, but she was the best and literally saved Christmas.
I recently tried to purchase an NST machine from this company and my order was canceled with 6 different reasons why it could've been canceled. Contacted support and they literally could not give me a single reason why so the woman told me to try to reorder and I did. After reordering, I received an email an hour later telling me my order was once again canceled with no explanation. I once again contacted support and after 15 minutes of trying to just figure out why, I was finally able to pry out of her what the reason was. It was out of stock, so instead of removing the listing from their website or marking it out of stock they just told me to keep retrying. This website has a fantastic idea, the execution is AWFUL. Your customers keep you in business and want answers, not giving them answers to simple questions results in a review like this. It's also extremely convenient how their phones don't work. STAY AWAY!
I have used Acme for some time now to support my clients needs in Central America. All of their equipment is in prime condition and their warranty is by far the best I've seen. My acct manager ADRIAN is also very helpful whenever something is delayed or needs attention.
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
