Won't let me cancel my subscription and it charges 30 dollars
SCAM! I would give ZERO stars if that was possible. This is a total scam. You pay 9 EUR for a 7-day trial and afterwards YOU ARE BEING CHARGED MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! In my case 18 EUR.
You do not get any personalized plan as the app suggests, just common bs. They write you for automatic subscription, so if you make the mistake to engage, you will be charged money every month. Cancel subscription immediately. Did I mention the non-refund policy? LOL
I subscribe to Trainerize app not Able. I pay for it, and it worked well. After one week the able keep money from my paypal account, and I write to them, about this. After this I can't go in to my Trainerize account.
Customer service is to help a scam company like yours and not the customer. I want my money back ASAP. I did not sign up for the upgraded service only for the trial $0.5 option. Your system did the upgrade automatically, and I saw the charge on my credit card the following day.
My credit card is being charged weekly for $35.00 and there is no one to talk to about stopping these charges. I did not sign up for this recurring charge. Please stop charging my account. Reverse all the charges.

This is a scam. I have no access to app as it doesnt recognise my email although this is the same email i receive all notification. I cannot cancel subscription and I have been charged twice on a weekly basis. Without access to app I cannot cancel and no one has responded to my email.
